We felt we were sleeping in a cupboard. The room was tiny as was the bathroom. The shower was hopeless. You had to press a button and the water stayed on for about 30 seconds and then went off until you pressed the button again. The lady in reception was charming.

Unable to access our room keys , dispenser not working due to communication problem. Helpline number unobtainable, tried 2 or 3 times in the end gave up and moved on . Terrible!

Chose this hotel because of secure parking to protect my car and finished up damaging it when going over gate floor guides. The gate has been installed too high from the floor and there isn’t an appropriate ramp to smooth the crossing for a low vehicle like mine. So if you have a low ridding car (such as a BMW 6 series like mine) so not stay here. Room was tiny and you can literally hear everything next door as walls are made of “cardboard”, but it was clean and the bed was also comfortable. Breakfast was ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Over all I will not stay here again and I do not recommend, sorry to say.

One night in this Motel is enough, if I was staying any longer I'd want a proper hotel. It's quite dated, the bathroom floor sags as you walk on it, otherwise the actual room is clean, if not a little small, no electric sockets near the bed

Staff was great and helpful, good breakfast. - Bedroom decoration and furniture was looking very tired, in needs of refurbishment. The room seemingly was a smoking one and chemical / deodorant used to mask the odour made our stay almost unbearable.

Absolutely the worst hotel I have had the misfortune to stay in.

We booked for 3 adults, we got a double bed and a bunk bed over the double for our 20yr old who is 6ft 2 and weighs in at 18 stone!!!! Not suitable, rubbish pokey room, noisy! Would not recommend or stay again

Checking in was a joke the number supplied doesn't reply after 8pm. The answer phone gives you another number for emergencies but doesn't answer before multiple attempts and only by text. Eventhough i got hold of someone i had to pay for another night. The room was clean but dated Staff were rude and said it was my fault for having booked late (9.30pm) eventhough i had received the booking confirmation. I will never go back. Hotel.com were very helpful replied quickly and gave me a full refund on their side.

Very cheap, great location for shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly with an added bonus of speaking English.

Booked 2 rooms as most others full and it's close to the A route. Looks like the rooms and bathrooms have been renovated. Still basic, small and dated. No air conditioning. Wifi ok - 5Mbps. Main irritant - windows don't block noise from the adjacent car park or nearby A route.

We called ahead to say we were arriving late (10 pm) they waited for us and provided us with so much information without us having to ask. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the price was the best on our whole trip through france.

Only stayed one night but was perfectly fine for us, we were in a family room which was fine for one night but would have been a bit small for a longer stay, didn't explore the local area except for something to eat so cannot comment. Would use again,

This hotel is tired and in need of TLC to the rooms and bathrooms (Note promises these will be refurbished in 2013-not long left) Staff pleasant and trying their best.
