The property is superbly located. It is a nice friendly guesthouse, where one feels at home. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices.

I never even stayed in that place because there were claims that payment didn't go through, I don't know who is to blame but I emailed hotels.com explaining the issue to them

Clark house was a good stay and good location.

Great location near to shopping and restaurants. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with a good number of choices. Fast WiFi and comfortable common/sitting areas. I wouldn't think twice about staying there again!

We enjoyed our stay but felt we were far from everything, except for a shopping mall where we. Oils walk to. other wise, we needed a taxi.

This guest house is very pleasant and very reasonably priced; the rooms are all in good condition and always clean. This is the fourth time I have stayed and it is my preferred place to stay when I visit the Pretoria area

Excellent stay, professional check-in, quiet neighborhood, comfortable room with a good quality bed, delicious breakfast.Will defnitely recommend 314 on Clark especially to the coffee lovers. Fresh coffee all the time. We have allready made our next booking for our next business trip.

What a wounderful friendly atmosphere. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful nothing was a problem to staff. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The rooms and surroundings were clean. Wifi was no problem. The property is VERY safe and secure. I would recommend this to anyone who is going to be in the area. I would stay here again without any problem. We loved it from the start of stay till the end.

It is a modern well equip guest house. Rooms are modern and beds are great. Location is great with two malls very near. Classy place in upmarket environment. Good service. This is the perfect place to have as a base in Pretoria. No need to ever go near a hotel again.

Nice big rooms, and an ideal location the night before going to the airport in joburg, which is just about half an hour away.

The staff where very friendly and the rooms big and comfy, and the overall look of the rooms and guesthouse where beautiful. Brooklyn is a nice area, just a short walk to the mall and not to far from the busy city centre, so it was ideal for a start up location for our trip. I would have liked more help with the luggage, but that is really all i can complaint about.

A comfortable stay, in a convenient and pleasant location, with warm but unobtrusive attention to detail.

Stayed for one night on a business trip. Room was very clean and luxurious but also very small. I paid for a room with a bar fridge but there was no fridge in the room. Otherwise no complaints.
