Good location. Felt safe walking around. Choice of restaurants in the neighborhood was limited. Hotel and staff were pretty good.

I really enjoyed my trip to Spain. And this hotel made it their mission to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay

Wonderful stay! There is some construction in the area but uber rides to the center were not that expensive! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Great staff! Close to the center. Easy to get to. Can hop on the grey line. Pleasant walk to the blue line. Really nice walk to el Centro through El Retiro.

It was fine. Decent price. Close to restaurants. But it is in a construction zone in a not great area. Madrid might just not be great as far as I know. Hotel was fine but not awesome. I liked the adjoining family room. Price was good. Pool was tiny and not awesome, but fine on a hot July day.

The hotel provides a nice breakfast and the staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The only disadvantage is the location. You have to walk a bit to get to the closest metro station. There is a lot of construction going on next to the hotel, so it can be a little disruptive.

room was comfortable but for the hot summer months, they do not provide a complimentory bottle of water which is unusual for a hotel of star rating Beds are also comfortable and the facilities such as Gym and Pool are great. The price for breakfast is totally not worth the price. For around 10 Euro less you can find more value in the hotel cafe or other nearby restaurants and cafes

Perfection. The hotel staff were respectful, professional, and made us feel welcome. The room was luxurious and well looked after, with a well stocked mini-bar, clean sheets, and comfortable beds. The bar and restaurant on the ground level is worth a visit. The pool is perfect for cooling off on the hot summer days. Overall a fantastic spot, wish I could have stayed longer.

Lovely hotel with good amenities and polite staff. Location was close to city but on a busy intersection undoing construction.

From check in to check out, excellent. Couple traveling with a 2 year old, all staff always warm and welcoming, taxi's between £10-15 to most locations, but good access to bus and train routes, Locally multiple toddler friendly parks within 3-5 minutes, local supermarkets for necessities. Hotel pool is clean. Breakfast has good value for money, food is continuously topped up across all sections, breakfast operating times are really good and allows plenty of flexibility, with ample seating. The hotel room felt clean and modern throughout. The black out blinds are a great feature! Shower temperature was good and consistent! When we return in the future this will be the hotel we come back to.

Everything was fine thought the panel fo the bathroom flush fell off and had to be reattached by housekeeping/maintenance. The welcome water was delicious and the staff helped refill our water bottles. Front desk staff was very helpful in addressing billing questions.

Beautiful hotel with absolutely lovely staff. Close to public transportation and also very walkable around the city. We slept so well because it was comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
