Great location. Lots of maintenance needed in the room whilst we were there. Would be fixed with proactive maintenance. For example, the fridge wasn't cooling, needs a tech to fix. The safe didn't open properly with the key. Curtain rod fell down from the roof overnight. Glass panels on the light switches look nice but aren't functional; we had to remove a few to get them to work. Fix the maintenance stuff up and it would be 5-star reviews all around. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was good.

Overall, it's good. The hotel itself may be a bit old, as you can see from the elevator, but the staff service is good.

It's OK. The room is nice but not very new. Electrical system is like having a problem, the air conditioner is loud, that to buy the lottery number, the room number is forgotten.
