Buena atención del personal, habitación limpia pero los lavabos, mamparas y accesorios de baño deben cambiarse están muy gastado y en general la decoración de la habitación también deben modernizarse y ser más armoniosa… en esta época de calor en los alrededores del hotel llega un mal olor… lo bueno que en las habitaciones no se percibe. La carta del restaurante es muy vasca y lleva mucho tiempo sin actualizarse…un detalle básico no tenían tortillas en el desayuno.

Todo muy bien en general. Solo un detalle, el hotel es pet-friendly pero en el restaurante no admiten mascotas. Es incongruente.

As always, nice to stay there

Staff, as always, very friendly and helpful. The food wasn’t great but we love staying here because it is perfect if you have a couple dogs traveling with you as there is a very large green area right behind the rooms. Also, you park literally feet from the door to your door.

Great place to stay in Puebla

I really really enjoyed this trip here. If you need ice for drinks, you’ll have to get it from the hotel restaurant bar. But the air conditioning works perfectly and if there’s maintenance at all that needs to be done, they get right on it. The daily room cleaning services always shine and leave the floors clean and the bed perfectly made and it makes the room smell nice. There wasn’t a microwave or fridge in my room which was new to me, but that’s not a big deal; tv has hdmi port so that made entertainment ideal because i could plug it to my laptop. The windows are slide open and big and the hotel itself is perfectly secluded from the busy noise of the city. You will notice the aroma of the blavkwater river nearby, but I believe anyone who understands Puebla should know to get used to it. It’s a common smell. The shower has easy to use handle when turning water on and they always replace your towels with fresh new ones. The decor is lovely; i love the wooden blinds for the windows because it totally blocks out the light if you don’t want the light. I like how the room key controls the power to your room because it like saves the settings of how you last left the lights on. The room felt privated; I didn’t feel like I could hear what was going on in other rooms unless I was out in the hall, so I was free to be with my mate with a sense of not feeling like everyone could hear us laugh or talk or other things (hehe) Overall,please do consider this place as your place to stay.

Beautiful, pet friendly hotel with impeccable cleanliness. Staff in the bat were very kind and helpful. Only downside as a dog owner is that there wasn’t a pet friendly patio or something so you could enjoy a meal and a few drinks with your pooch!
