Great Hotel in down town Cartagena. Less than 20 minutes from the airport. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Most speak enough English to help you get settled in. I have to say the service here in Colombia is way better than in the USA, that’s not a knock on staff in the USA but it seems like the Colombians went way above board to make your stay pleasant. The breakfast was Colombian and delicious!! Highly recommend this hotel.

The service was amazing.. Jennifer who worked in the food area was great.. The reason for giving it low stars, is because they offer dinner price to include in your stay, but the food is not dinner food, just snack food and it was the same everyday.. not ideal for a 5 night stay.. plus they would run out of some items making it hard to choose. Very disappointed because I paid for something my kids did not like to eat as I did not get to pick from a menu. Also, this Hotel is maintenance very low, not to the standards of a Hilton, I booked thinking it was like the Hamptons by Hilton I had stayed in other places but not this was more like a Days Inn not a Hamptons. Very upset for the price I paid with low quality of comfort.

Reservation was not submitted correctly and the hotel had a hard time checking me in

A great place to stay, close to beaches, city center, and all the tourist-type thing's. The staff is beyond friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The best employee there, BY FAR is the concierge Francy! His level of attention and detail is unmatched by anyone at any establishment I've stayed at.

Good location. The rooms are a little too small

Will complain about the size of the room and the breakfast. Not many options to choose from, one day had patacón and it was very dry, another day had arepas and the same… dry!! Eggs very runny.

Este hotel está muy centrico, a menos de 100 metros está la playa de Bocagrande en Cartagena, todo se mantiene muy limpio y agradable, tiene habitaciones recien remodeladas que están como nuevas, en una de esas me hospede yo, tiene una piscina preciosa en el último piso desde donde puedes apreciar bellas vistas de la ciudad Antigua, la bahia, la playa y toda el area moderna de hoteles y residencies que llegan hasta El Laguito de Bocagrande, tiene un lobby discreto pero acogedor, la carpeta está en el piso 16 con un salon de reception amplio y claro que también ofrece bonitas vistas de la zona, el personal es rápido y eficiente para ofrecerte alojamiento cuanto antes.Tiene desayuno incluido muy bueno muy fresco y variado, ahí conoceras a Jennifer que atiende exepcionalmente a los huéspedes, entre otros también muy competitivos en el trato y los servicios, frente al hotel hay una piquera de taxis que me fue de gran utilidad para mis salidas, también hay una agencia de turismo o de viajes donde resolví con seriedad y agrado mis paseos en Cartagena, el area está llena de restaurantes, bares, tiendas de todo tipo, mercados, oficinas de cambio de monedas y más. Hay seguridad en la entrada del Hotel, todos muy serios y prestos a servirte con gran entrega y respeto. Yo agradezco muy especialmente a Francy por sus orientaciones y ayudas en mis inquietudes y dudas. El hotel es muy seguro.

Está muy céntrico y acogedor, la mitad de las habitaciones están recién remodeladas y como nuevas, en una de esas estuve yo, tiene una bonita piscina en el techo con fantásticas vistas de una gran parte de la ciudad, la bahía, la playa y toda la zona turística de Bocagrande y El Laguito, el lobby es un espectáculo por su amplitud, su claridad y las comodidades que ofrece, está en el piso 16 del hotel, justo frente a la entrada hay una piquera de taxis muy conveniente para resolver inmediatamente el transporte para trasladarte a cualquier parte, hay una agencia de viajes turísticos local frente al hotel, con serias y buenas ofertas, resolví algunos de mis tour con ellos, el área en los alrededores es muy movida, hay tiendas, mercados, restaurantes, casas de cambio de moneda y otros hoteles, todo el personal en el hotel es encantador, Franci en la seguridad de la entrada te puede orientar excelentemente con cualquier duda en tus salidas, muy serio y responsable, agradezco su especial ayuda, Jennifer que me asistió en los desayunos con alta profesionalidad y entrega, las chicas de la carpeta, tan eficientes y rápidas, a todos gracias por hacer más cómoda y agradable mi estancia en Hampton de Cartagena

This hotel is centrally located. The rooms are a bit small, but they are clean and their beds are comfy. Many dining options nearby. Their breakfast is pretty good with many choices available. Their staff is great, in particular, the guys at the door welcoming you each time you stop by. They are very helpful and thoughtful about the tourists and their needs.

Muy buen hotel , la camarera Luzmila excelente, los de seguridad Javier y Rosario muy atentos excelentes , las chicas del comedor nos trataron muy bien .lo único que no fue nada bueno el corcho . Llegué con la espalda adolorida a Puerto Rico . Es la única falla de lo demás le doy 💯
