Very nice and clean hotel. Buffet breakfast was superb!

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Spa area including pool and work out room were good. Staff in the rooftop pool bar were excellent, as was the food. Staff in the dining area of the main floor bar needed better training - insisting that a salad contained no nuts (none shown as an ingredient on the menu) when it clearly did, then shrugging it off despite having been advised of a severe nut allergy. Pasta dinner arrived cold and it took several minutes after being served to get cutlery.

Amazing 5 Star Hotel

Not much to do in this area except a large shopping mall…

I would have given this property an overall excellent review, however they were not well prepared for the power outage that hit Portugal. The generator they had could not power the elevators, so we had to use the stairs. That was doable except there was no lighting and it was completely black and very dangerous. They should have provided some sort of emergency lighting on the staircase. Cell phones were used, but you had no way to charge them and most needed to conserve the power on their phones. Also, no emergency light in the room, flashlight, battery candle, nothing. The room and staff in general were great and very helpful. Location was near some good restaurants. Attractions were about a 20 to 30 minute walk away.

Best hotel I’ve ever been to!

The hotel is great all around. The staff are super friendly, responsive, and tentative. If you need anything, they will respond within minutes. Great breakfast, a lot of varieties, fresh, and elegant! Hotel is close to bus and train stations, easy to access. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and clean building, excellent pools and sauna, perfect breakfast!

Amazing staff, easy check-in/check-out, room service was top notch with a variety of options. This hotel has it all, you can stay there all day or take a quick uber or tram to all the downtown fun. Shopping mall and fantastic places to eat are walking distance and its only a shortdrive from the airport as well. I cannot wait to go back! 10 stars!

We loved everything in this hotel. Great facilities-the gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room are all amazing. The most amazing is the service and attention to details ( they will hand hotel guests snacks in the gym etc) we had an amazing holiday ;)

Gorgeous hotel. Fantastic staff.

Great customer service, clean hotel, well located (for those who struggle with hills, consider elsewhere!) but a massive disappointment that the rooftop pool was closed for refurbishment - we would have booked elsewhere and the price did not reflect the closure. The hotel did arrange for us to use the pool at other Epic hotel which we did, but was not quite the same carting our stuff across the city to use it.

Great property with fantastic restaurant, near central area, and large shopping centre.
