The worst hotel ive ever stayed in and what's more, the photographs are totally misleading. The maintenence of the building is poor, the cleanliness is even worse, the bathroom had no hot water, the windows are filthy and the wifi doesnt work in the room, which are also hot as there's a gap in the wall for the hot air to enter into. Such a shame as it has a great location and the misleading pgotograghs show this and the hotel in much better condition. Avoid like the plague!

Terrible condition Hotel comparing to Tiuna(how come Tiuna is lower rated I do not know). Service horrible, room cleaning not done properly, towels not there(need to ask for it), replacement the same. Safe has been broken, lock to door also as well as airconditioning. I have been travelling many times around Latin America and Carrabeans and this is by far the lowest point you can go to. I am surprised it is even taken by such respectable website as EXPEDIA

The check in was terrible beacuse their system doesnt updated in the same day. Because of this, we had to wait more than 2 hours. They even required for a deposit, eventhough the reservation was already paid

Terrible experience at this hotel beautiful locations, but they need to improved or trained better their employees. The receptionist are not helpful at all. I needed it a clinic and they told me the only place to go was the hospital. In the emergency room I waited 3 hours just to see a nurse. After that I find out there was a clinic and private doctors by the center area. When I ask if they can search for something online they told me I have to pay in order to get access to the Wi-fi when I was telling them it was an emergency. My boyfriend lost his leather jacket when we complaint about it the receptionist gave us a paper to file a claim. She was more worried about her cell phone, but no manager or supervisor was available.

Great location, terrible hotel. The worst problems are: no hot water, salty water in the tap and showers, non-functional air-conditioning. We felt sweaty and sticky our sleepless nights there. In addition, the food was monotonous, the staff was often surly. The all-inclusive includes unlimited drinks, so there were plenty of drunk Colombians around the hotel.

thirty, the food not good (poor buffet). The people not friendly, the hotel ugly, no phone in the room, please never send tourists there. I sent the complain to "CORPORATION NATIONAL TOURIS OF COLOMBIA" because the others tourists do not going to the same hotel.

O único ponto positivo doi ficar de frebte para o mar. Café da manha sem variedade diarias e pouquissimas opções . Não tem frigobar, não wifi e não tem agua gelada. Frigobar é indispensável para este lugar em que não há tratamento de agua. Internet também é indispensável por se tratar de uma ilha turística e as pessoas virem de diversos lugares do mundo e precusliarem de uma boa conexão.

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, la mayoría de los empleados son formales pero algunos tratan es como de regañar cuando uno pregunta algo o pide algo, especialmente en el Bar y Restaurante. La ubicación del l Restaurante no es la mejor y la variedad alimenticia es mínima. Las instalaciones del Hotel deberían estar en mejores condiciones, pues generalmente mantiene lleno pero no le hacen el mantenimiento adecuado. Me pareció Excelente el manejo que le dan a la guardada de los equipajes después del check out.
