Room was great, staff we had interaction with were good, language issues at times but we don't speak Spanish. Only complaint we and many others had was public areas kept to COLD. Big shock from outside temps.

Staff was kind and helpful, but we had to ask or pay for many amenities yhay I've stayed in many hotels around Panama including in the city and this was a surprise to me. Breakf

The hotel was clean and comfortable but lacked the amenities to justify the cost and they definitely cut corners. For example single ply toilet paper, limited access to water (water in room was 10$ a bottle), cheap sheets and toilet seats. Restaurants are over priced, limited service at the pool, very few towels. The cost and reviews are justified by the location which was excellent. It’s a 3 or 4 star charging 5 star rates.

The restaurant at the pool, Caio Lagazzi, was amazing. The Hilton breakfast was top notch, except that they were a little slow bringing drinks (but to be fair it was Christmas day and they may have been understaffed).

It was excellent as a whole, but I requested ocean view room but got a city view and I was supposed to breakfast free but it was not free and paid us$56 plus tax 7% every day for breakfast. I need a credit for breakfasts payments. I.e. $359.52 US

The entire staff is professional and welcoming, especially Patricia at the front desk. The hotel is very clean. Everything was very good.

Amazing stay they accommodated me with looking for a room that i was comfortable with . I saw about 8 rooms till i was content . Amazing service , breakfast was great . Restaurant was amazing . Would definitely return .
