Japanese style room with tatami mats and futons. Very clean, comfortable and stocked with all necessities and amenities. Kimono, slippers, toiletries and supplies. Two public baths, both with outdoor and indoor soaking spaces. Clean and we'll maintained. All employees very polite, helpful and professional. Dinner buffet incredible. Wisd variety of foods. Slightly expensive, but worth it.

The room is huge and breakfast and dinner are good, variety of food provided. I enjoyed the hot spring very much.

Everything is good except the hotel a little bit old, free shuttle can be arranged between the train station and the hotel which is good, and the best thing is the outdoor and indoor onsen !

It is fine, food and staff are satisfaction. We will definitely come back again with friends.

Suggest they get some English speaking staff. Diner time can be slightly later to 9pm

Hotel staffs are really friendly and helpful when we ask for some direction for our sightseeing even with their limit english. They are able to arrange additional shuttle service on top of their schedule. It's a hotel for the family to spend time together but don't expect too much for this small little town hotel. For thise onsen lovers, I will say they have very good view overseeing the whole Gero town. I will recommend you to go for a bath in the afternoon instead due to morning sun glare into the outdoor bath.

Japanese room not very comfortable. Buffet was decent. Service was good as usual in Japan. No one speaks English. Only non-Japanese tourists. Great area in the mountains. Fine for one night.

room is comfort and big enough for 3 people. we had booked 2 rooms, one is fine but another room we found small bug. the Onsen was great, we can see the view of city from outdoor bath and it was snow fall at that time. buffet food and alcohol was awesome too.

Clean but dated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was not open which is ok but should have mentioned it in the details of the listing.

Located in a small town. The hotel has everything you need. Everything is good. Make sure you go there early as dinner starts really early!
