Room very clean and confortable

I emailed in advance highlighting it was my partners birthday and asking if they could mark the occasion. Nothing was done and I didn’t even receive a response. The shower tap was broken in our room and kept falling off. One evening there was a loss of water power throughout the room and finally, housekeeping failed to replace the cups in our room throughout the stay.

No parking, you will need to park on the street

Nice place good location easy access to motorway for Milano and both airport Big car park, the restaurant had nice food good value for money, the room was spacious and clean It was a plaisant stay if you going for one of the exhibitions then perfect location 20 to 30 minutes

Perfect ! Enjoyed our stay

The room was a lot nicer than expected for the price! Really modern and clean with lots of space. We ate at the restaurant which was lovely and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The hotel is clearly going through renovations but did not affect us at all whilst staying. Parking outside the room was also great for coming back to after a long day out.

Friendly and accommodating staff and great food and rooms

Room was clean and comfortable. What made our stay great was the staff. Particularly the front desk staff of Matteo and Antonio who helped us with some very challenging tasks, but they stuck with it and helped us complete them. The bar staff were also great-Tomas. Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. Value was excellent. Would absolutely stay there again.

Room was perfect and spotless was so great stayed an extra day

This hotel was good. The bed comfortable, but no coffee pot no water kettle I left early most days at times that the restaurant was not open it would have been great to have the option of tea or coffee in the room

I didn’t have breakfast

The hotel staff were wonderful The breakfast buffet area was in a tight corner of the space. The products provided for the breakfast were mediocre at best. Actually you would get over the space if the bread and products were better. The room ran out of hot water a few mornings and we had to have cold showers. Other mornings the water slowed to a dribble from the shower head.. basic stuff really to be honest..
