My second stay at this hotel. First on was in August last year. IMHO best value for money.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Beautiful breakfast and friendly staff

Room was fine. Access to the entry was a bit confusing. I had a rental car and couldn't find any help in the parking garage for the shopping center. None or not enough signs for Ibis Guests to figure it out. I had to walk outside, around the building to find the entrance. Also, the parking still ended up costing $22 even though the hotel staff gave me a validation for parking. Staff was great and very helpful.

Great English-speaking staff. Great breakfast. Great location. Make sure if parking a car move it EVERYDAY and have ticket validated at reception.

Stayed 3 nights. The staff was great. Breakfast good. Rooms were spacious and clean. Traffic congestion during the week can be terrible. But, there is on-site underground parking. With the hotel discount, each night cost about €16.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to the train station, dining, and general shopping.

I had an unusual experience, 2nd day there I sprained my ankle on tour and virtually stuck in my room the entire stay. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and we there every step on the way. I hope everyone who reads this can appreciate how important this makes a stay.

Great rooms.

The experience was AMAZING! The best thing was the room. We are a family of 4 and the hotel provided us two connected rooms which have two bathrooms. The breakfast was delicious. The service was wonderful - everyone was extremely kind and helpful (despite the language barrier). The place was also near to the city and 2 minutes away were plenty of restaurants and cafes to eat dinner. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Booked this place as a backup, just in case I couldn't make it to the ferry in time. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help bridge the language barrier. (I don't know much French, they didn't know much English). Once everything was understood, my friend and I took the keys are were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms. Coffee making facilities, air conditioning and a king size bed. There are a number of eateries and even a cinema just around the corner from the hotel and it's only a couple of minutes walk from the train station. For a last minute stay, there was nothing more I could have asked for.

Breakfast is very good. Close to main train station. Electric tram stop right in front. Easy walk to the central city. We checked in late night and the night receptionist Maia was delightful, provided us with a lot of information and made us feel right at home

Great stay at the hotel. Lovely and clean and staff friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Maya (may not be spelt this way) but she was such a delight to deal with and is an asset to this hotel. We will come back for sure!

Very good hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful but there was quite a bit of street noise and the area near the hotel seemed a bit dodgy. Good selection of restaurants in the area and free breakfast was a nice inclusion

Great stay... pity about the parking!.. entered the car park ticket 30 euros then entered the ticket from reception.nothing was deducted, still charged 30 euros?. ..Didn't have time to go back & query why?. ...other than that the hotel was excellent.
