Needs renovation ASAP

The lobby smelled and looked so good. When I went into our floor it smelled so bad. And then room smelled bad. The pillow cases had a smell. The shower had a smell

We were presently surprised with the price and location .We are a family of 4 and stay in the city often and we will definitely consider Holiday Inn again.

Congrats to the Staff, great support. Angie was amazing, give her a promotion. But the building and facilities had a terrible humid odor.

The staffing was exceptional

The place was great except for the issue with the humidity. The A/C didn't work that great in the room so it made the floor slippery.

We were so lost at the airport in Panama. But found this close to shopping and beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was superb!

Our family visited Panama for vacation. The holiday Inn was clean, bed comfy, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We will definitely recommend to friends.

This has been our go to place for years. However the last several times we have had to either have maintenance come and fix the AC, or move to a new room because the AC was not working correctly. Also, its impossible to order toom service. The restaurant menu is nowhere to be found online, there is no copy in the room or even a online code to find it. And when you call room service nobody answers, ever! So you have to go down to the restaurant yourself to place your order, then go back to your room and wait. When i brought this to the attention of the staff they said they were too busy to answer the phone. I own a restaurant, they were not too busy to answer the phone. Time to find a new favorite hotel to stay in. Oh well.
