We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Because they had to continue their journey to Frankfurt in the morning, there were 2 jackets left in the closet. And know that the jacket was left after we arrived in Frankfurt that afternoon. We immediately asked the Hampton hotel, and it turns out the answer was so disappointing. It was revealed that the 2 jackets did not exist. And this is really our regret because there is no honesty from the hotel staff. Because in the morning when we left our room, we could see the cleaning service staff cleaning the rooms of hotel guests. That's all I can share for my experience staying at a Hampton hotel. Hopefully a lesson for all, including the hotel to better provide the best service.
