Very comfortable bed, clean bedroom and bathroom. Close to the old quarter of Hanoi. Good breakfast also.

Very nice and friendly. The feeling like staying at home

Overall architecture is good. But without the elevator, the pram is a bit hard on the top floor. No slippers in the air are really inconvenient. The room has a very unpleasant odor, moldy smell in the toilets. Darkroom. Especially the toilet needs to be upgraded, remove the smell in the corners for guests to feel more comfortable

Lots of mosquitoes. 2nd floor room so room smells. Air conditioners and toilets need maintenance and repair

The owner should maintain some facilities. We booked two rooms for 2 nights. One room had musty wardrobe, smell was bad. And TV had broken down but they did not fixed during our stay. The remaining room is better with balcony in front of. But the air-conditioner was troubled and we must open door and use fan instead of. It was terrible as we get bitten by some mosquitoes at night. One more, the toilet was also trouble. It took long time to fill up water after using so we cannot sleep well as the noise of toilet.

Rooms in nice, clean, friendly staff, warm, complimentary breakfast is also very delicious, including free bicycle loan. The rent is very reasonable.
