Room was clean and spacious. Hotel location was good, 5 min walk to tram stop and 10 min to Market Square

I loved this hotel from the moment I walked in. It also happened to be 2 blocks from where my friends live. But this hotel was quiet and everyone at the front desk was helpful for the questions I asked. If you want to be close to Old Town then this is the place to stay. Just walk out of the hotel and around the corner and you are there. Easy to get the train from the airport to the main station and then a lovely walk through the park of Old Town to the hotel (10-15 stroll). I have zero complaints about this hotel and will indeed be staying here on my next visit. Just an outstanding staff and room. Bed was comfy, bathroom was fine, shower got hot quick. I loved everything about this place.

We were really disappointed with this hotel. It markets itself as a boutique hotel, but apart from elements of decor there isn’t much boutique or special about it. Our rooms were dark and small (on the last floor with windows so high I could not see anything outside), everything was OK, but there were nonspecial touches anywhere. Just kind of basic. Breakfast buffet was disappointing too - no proper coffee, small selection of cold and hot food all packed in a crowded room. But nothing great either - no regional or healthy food, no specialties - just few ordinary bites so you don’t go out hungry. Staff was nice,

Convenient location, close to Main Square and other places in Krakow Old Town. Great value for your money.

Friendly and helpful staff. Arrived before check-in time and got our keys immediately. Good sized rooms (one standard and one superior). A short walk away from almost everything in the old city and about 25-minute walk to the Jewish quarter. Coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets just 1-2 minutes away, 7-10 min walk to main market square. Lots of transportation close by, we used it once just for the experience because we could walk everywhere. Nice and quiet location. Enjoyed good breakfasts. Wi-Fi worked well.

We had the most welcoming staff and was so helpful 24hours. We loved our room, very spacious with another room attached with a beautiful view over the garden The breakfast was included with such a large selection of food.. was very delicious Was also very accessible to shops, dining abd attractions Would highly recommend this hotel

Great location just outside the Old Town. Hotel was clean and room was spacious. Hotel reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical continental Buffett with plenty of choice.

Very nice room and property. Breakfast could have been better. What bothered me the most about it was that they took coffee away early (40 minutes) and one day didnt seem to have it at all, indicating that instant was an acceptable alternative. Additionally, some breakfast items were not replenished when there was more than 45 minutes of the breakfast time still to go. I paid for the breakfast and counted it on it. Would have also liked more than a 1.5” square of soap provided (?). Otherwise this was a hotel I would have highly recommended. Get the soap sorted, and don’t worry about breakfast and you’re good to go!!
