Was in town for a concert and it was a really nice stay. They offer a shuttle service to/from airport and anywhere within 3 miles during your stay. It is a great service, it just needs a little more structure and organization.

The cabinetry in the room was quite worn. Everything else was good. The staff was helpful.

I booked this room last minute and it did not disappoint. I got a studio and it was very spacious with plenty of storage. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was a nice bonus. I used the city parking garage instead of the hotel garage because it was a bit closer, but the hotel garage would have been fine. The free shuttle was a big plus as well.

Great place to stay! Not far from Old Market and amazing staff

The hotel is inside a historic building in downtown Omaha. The rooms are big, but there was no garbage in the bathroom and the sink was missing a drain stopper. My TV screen went black randomly and no channels would work consistently without turning to black out of nowhere. The shades on the windows were also unweighted, so they flapped back and forth on the window itself.

We enjoyed our one night stay!

Awesome stay. Parking was kind of different. The garage is located across the street adjacent to the property, but it wasn’t too bad. The room was absolutely awesome! Unfortunately we did not awake early enough to enjoy breakfast. Would stay here again!

It was just great

Great location, excellent service and a perfect room. Something as simple as plenty of lights in the room make a difference. And a breakfast with lots of options.

Loved the friendliness off the staff, the ease of check in and a great breakfast every morning.

Great experience. I wish it was a few blocks closer to the main Market Area.
