The rooms in this property are clean and spacious. Members of the staff are very courteous. The location is excellent in northern Bogota, although the street in front is being rebuilt.

Rooms are very outdated and run out. During my first 24 hours in the hotel they had to change my room four times because of several different issues. No smart tv’s. Management seems to do not care about issues but front desk staff where about and beyond especially Ivan (he’s an excellent example of responsibility and ownership).

We had an extraordinary and extremely pleasant stay. Clean an well equipped room, delicious and varied food, great location, decent gym and amazing staff. Everyone was really kind and attentive to our needs, I have not enough words to express my gratitude. My only complaint is about a problem with the clerk at the front desk while checking in, he had an rude and inappropriate behavior toward me and my family. I hope the management will make decisions about this person who doesn’t represent the quality of the hotel at all.

Hotel was clean, good location, breakfast is quite good. Staff is helpful. View from the terrace is quite nice. Some construction outside in the road but no noise at all in the hotel.

Is my favorite hotel in the area!

Best thing about this hotel is its staff, every helpful and attentive. The property itself is not new but well kept and clean. Location is right next to a busy roundabout, lots of dining and shopping during the day, at night everything is close around 9. A bit far from La Candelaria, during rush hours it takes almost an hour, but less than $5 for shared rides. Definitely would stay here next time we're in Bogota!

From the front desk/management to the staff are all amazing people with great customer service, very attentive and super nice. This is my third time I stay at Estellar Calle 100. See you next year
