Ira Hotel was such a wonderful place to stay! The staff was amazing — a special thank you to Vanessa, such an incredible and kind person. My stay was quiet, peaceful, and very comfortable. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the bed was extremely cozy. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would love to come back again!

Nice and beautiful hotel

Amazing all around

Staff was very uncooperative, one night there is no electricity, whole night we are without power, it was too cold, there is no heat. Only my room was without power. I try to accommodate with my other friends , not getting any help from staff. It’s very bad experience. There is no door on shower room.

We stayed in Santorini for two days 3/31 through 4/2/25. Our room was amazing. We stayed in a honeymoon suite. Views of the volcano, a balcony with a hot tub. Absolutely breathtaking views. The regular rooms are definitely cute & cozy, but I would not recommend more than two people in a regular room, it’s like a cave, pretty cool looking, but on the smaller side. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The two ladies who worked there, Athena and Vanessa, were very nice, sweet and accommodating. The reception office closes at 4:30, but they have a phone number posted and you can reach to them at any time via WhatsApp messaging. The breakfast provided was very nice and fresh, not heavy. You also have options to order more, different types of food and pay extra. But what they provided was plenty. The coffee is delicious! variety of juices, etc.. very good location. It’s about 15 minute walk down into town. You definitely get a work out walking back up the hill to the hotel though Lol but considering how much we were eating… It was good exercise to burn some of those calories! A lot of restaurants were closed because it’s low peak, but they were still plenty that were open. We had a really nice stay, I definitely recommend staying at the IRA hotel.

Went for a girls trip - it was a lovely hotel, but the hot water and internet access were inconsistent. Also, Santorini is a ghost town before Easter - not the hotel’s fault, but helpful to know!

Hermoso hotel, muy cómodas las habitaciones. Se puede caminar con seguridad. Es muy accesible y tiene cerca restaurantes. El personal es muy atento y amable.

Cute room and beautiful views

The view was gorgeous from the hotel. They offered a fantastic complimentary breakfast which was plenty of great food. The staff were excellent. The receptionist was very good at getting us bookings for different activities. Unfortunately, we were there off season so not much open for shopping or eating nearby, but a 20 min walk there were great options.

Fresh delicious breakfast everyday, comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staffs, best view of Caldera! Highly recommended, thank you we had a great time!!

Amazing stay! Athena was extremely helpful and nice!

We had a room that faces the ocean, it was beautiful. We could see sunset from our room. Quiet neighborhood. The only thing we didn't like about the property in general was that there were so many steps everywhere, even in your own room; but I wouldn't blame them for that, because the property was built on the cliffside.

I loved the view from which our balcony provided. Also the comfort and warmth we felt from employees and especially the front desk manager. She was very friendly, kind and helpful. This is for sure a yearly stop for us. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Just be carefully booking at this property, the lady in charge at the office is very rude and treat people very bad with no intentions of customer service. Nice place,just need a better customer service.

Amazing views, chic, very well maintained, really helpful, friendly staff. Only downsides - the pool had been drained, as it was out of season and the breakfast was identical each day. Santorini was very quiet in March, which was great, note that there are only a few restaurants open, although those that were open were excellent. Recommend Kokkalo and Triana Tavern both on main road, 10-15 mins walk.

The staff at this hotel go well above and beyond for what you need. Maria and Athena were amazing to dealing with our requests.

Need more options for breakfast

We had a great time there, The view from our room was spectacular. I would recommend this place

They knew there was an STATE OF EMERGENCY in Santorini and even knowing that they will not refund their guest fees for a hotel that was never use. Will not book with them again.
