It was an exceptional price for a waterfront property. Only complaint I had was that the staff did not understand English and only spoke Italian.

Just about OK. Rooms newly decorated but reception is pretty shabby. Person at reception when we checked-in was not really friendly. WiFi is poor. Nice sunroof and breakfast and cleaning staff are nice (hello Chiara!). We had a room on the 1st floor with view of the back of the buildings. I guess just didn’t match our expectations.

Hotel Biagi is an older independent hotel an as such, a nice change from the bland corporate hotels. My room was comfortable with a modern bathroom and a great view of the seafront. There's a selection of restaurants just across the road. Saturday was very busy but Sunday was more relaxed as the weekenders went home. There's plenty of paid parking by the hotel, 8 Euro per 24 hours, but machines take coins only.

Very good area. All the good shops at other end over the walk-bridge.

Very small room for 4 travelers. A/C was weak and never really got the room cold. 35-60 min walk from train station, located right across from the beach. Family run place with a great breakfast.

Kleines, gemütliches Hotel direkt am Strand, freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, ausreichdnd für ne Auszeit am Meer. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der kostenlose Fahrradverleih im Hotel, hervorragend.

The hotel is perfect, good location, in front of sea , is very clean, the breakfast is very good, the room was beautifuland the all the people are very helpful!! Beatrice , was very special and kind preson !!!!

Clean, good breakfast but that shall be standard for 3 star hotel. Not 5 stars given because staff does not really speak English, when renovating also some investments into better mattresses could worth it (back pain from the bed), expensive when extending a night.

Hotellet ligger lige foran promenaden og det er godt, men personalet virkede som om at de så lige igennem os måske fordi at vi ikke taler Italiensk, og da personalet ikke kunne Engelsk virkede det kaotisk. Vi fik bestilt nogle kopper kaffe som blev serveret med afkalknings middel da mander bag receptionen ikke var klar over at maskinen var igang med en afkalkning.

tutto ok albergo un po datato ma per il prezzo è ottimo. Silenzioso (almeno nel periodo in cui ci sono stato io)

Albergo semplice ma con tutti i servizi (aria condizionata, cassaforte, tv, balcone). Buona posizione vicino alla spiaggia libera e al confine con Viareggio. Colazione discreta, bagno non comodissimo.

Overraskende god standard på rommene. Helt nytt bad. Litt harde puter, men det gikk greit. Air condition på rommet.

We first had a great experience but it got interupted by a sudden frustration from the head of the staff. We dont know if he had a really bad day or if he was irritated that we could not understand his italian or his poor english. All of the sudden we didn't feel welcomed at all. Otherwise the hotel was realaxed, clean and pretty ok. The location is good, although we found the area in general to be a bit too exploited.
