The Hotel has an excellent location, you can walk around the downtown. The service was gently.

Excellent location and service.

Great location and service

Hotel was in a perfect location with all tourist spots (apart from the castle) within a ten minute slow walk. Lots of bars and cafes outside the hotel on the street outside. Metro just over the road and the tram only a few minutes walk away to take you all over the city. We felt very safe walking around the area at night time and in the day with no concerns. Reception staff very helpful although we did find some of the waiters a little grumpy at the cafe/bar and were left waiting for over 20 minutes on both our visits to have our order taken In all a great stay and I would highly recommend staying here.

The rooms are huge. Despite being on a busy street, we couldn't hear any of the things/noises happening and we were on the first floor. The staff was very helpful, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There was some trash from a previous guest in the bathroom trash can, but that's okay. We're not picky. The bed was a bit springy and not amazingly comfortable, but it was functional. For the price and location, we were very happy with the facilities. We'd stay here again, for sure.

The room was small but the location was perfect

Great hotel located near the old town and the national museum. Good breakfast as well as very comfortable rooms. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. I would definitely visit here again.

the location of the hotel is perfect, the staff is helpfull and ready to help when ever its needed. the looby is very small, the breakfast is very good. the one thing that was'nt good its a strange noice in the bathroom.

The room was beautifully furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable. A well stocked mini fridge.

Location was very good, close to all the attractions ans convenient to get to.

Very well positioned in Wenceslas Square, 100 metres from he Mustek tube lift exit, so no problem with luggage. The reception is adjacent to the restaurant [good food] and we were welcomed by friendly staff. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the vaulted ceiling room of the restaurant was absolutely perfect and a shame to leave it. A very pleasant stay and should I return to Prague I would be happy to stay here again.

Centrally located with easy access to the train station, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good.

We were on my daughters hen weekend so had 4 rooms and each room was clean and comfortable. Hotel arranged airport pick ups and we requested rooms close by which we were given. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty to choose from, especially as we had a vegan in our party. All staff we friendly, especially lady in dining room - after 1st morning she reserved us the same table each morning. The only complaint would be the rooms were extremely warm, I asked at reception for a fan, was informed they did not have any but housekeeping came to room and switched off radiator, room most of the time was still uncomfortably hot.

Fabulous location. Lovely rooms. Great breakfast. Lov staff, especially the night duty guy.would highly recommend.

Hotel very nice and fantastic location, great for walking to old town square and other tourist sites. Had a room to the front with a view of Wenceslas Square but room was absolutely silent. Friends had room to rear which had its own lounge area as well. Only had breakfast which was served downstairs (definitely not suitable if you've any mobility problems) and had read reviews re staff, service charges, etc, but had no issues whatsoever. Only problem was we had booked hotel taxi for our arrival and it wasnt there at airport so had to just make own arrangements. Not great start. Mentioned to receptionist on arrival but she didn't seem that interested. Worked fine on return to airport though. Would recommend hotel
