Everything was very good with the exception of the person that checked me in - poor customer service, barely looked at me and just gave me my room key and looked back down

Loved the parking situation! It was an easy walk to Old Montréal. The staff were great too!

Courtyard Marriott is located at a very convenient place; most attractions are within walking distance.

Check in was a DISASTER, with massive lines forming because they would not check anyone in a minute before 3pm. Room was nice and very clean. One perpetually rude man at the front desk just sort of ruined our experience of interacting with employees. The location is pretty good—close to shopping and about fifteen minutes from the heat of the old city.

Loved the beds, the location, the staff, the cleanliness, everything was fantastic! Great gym and pool with sauna!!

I would not recommend staying at the hotel as this was the second night we stayed. First night, there was black mold in the shower and stains in the toilet. The second night we stayed there the sink faucet was noisy to turn on and the toilet bowl should be replaced. These type of issues should be corrected immediately by staff. They should upgrade their toilets instead of the pandemic as the excuse. No apology when it was first mentioned about the black mold.

Great place, friendly staff, very clean hotel. We loved our stay. One thing I would want to see a buffet breakfast option.
