Very friendly, good breakfast, beautiful pool area

Lovely friendly staff. Very easy to find. Parking good. Very quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. En-suite was great. Garden was very well kept. Didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Did have coffees and a glass of wine and beer. Decent price. Easy walk into Cassis so no problem with parking there. Easy to get to Marseilles and The Calanque. A beautiful area. No complaints.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very small and dark. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. The pool area was nice but I’m not sure the pool was heated as it was quite cold. Location wasn’t great as there’s quite a slope from the village. Didn’t feel the hotel was good value for money.

The pool and terrace area is inviting and relaxing.

Very welcoming and helpful staff on reception - made excellent restaurant recommendations. Poolside area and other outdoor seating very pleasant and restful. Room was quite small, but the brilliant air-conditioning made it a super retreat from the heat of the day. Hotel is walking distance from the town centre and port, but the hill is steep. Fine going down; quite tough coming back up.

Extremely clean with regular servicing. Beware a very deep pool with no shallow end. Jacuzzi and sauna separate and difficult to access. Room simple but adequate, only one cane chair. Reception OK but multi-tasking meant frequent waits. Requested checkout evening before as early train. Told this ‘did not fit the system’ but glad we insisted as the high gates were locked when we left at 6 am. It took some time to raise staff to let us out as no one at Reception.

Beautiful place to stay, staff very friendly. We ordered 2 glasses of wine and was charged for the whole bottle when we checked out so we took the remainder with us. Beware of purchasing wine on site!

I booked it through Expedia and there was an issue that there was only one of the two rooms requested that was actually booked. Luckily it was resolved without any issue with the friendly help of the staff.

Very lovely oasis in Cassis. Beautiful grounds and pool area, large rooms with air conditioning that works. Short walk to the port, away from the bustle. Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Micaela
