The housekeeping couldn’t be better and the whole staff is there to attend to any issues or questions you have for them.

Everything was great! The only thing that was a problem was the noise outside the property. Not much villa mercedes can do with the the noisy streets outside, but if ur looking for quietute, not the place currently

Small, cozy and a great location, centeral to everything. Staff was freindly and helpful.

Staff are wonderful. Location is easy to get anywhere by walking, or a quick taxi or bus ride. Small boutique hotel, with a lovely pool area. We appreciated having the ability to cook our own meals, when we wanted to.

Great location. I had a suite with a kitchenette which is what I needed. Price was reasonable.

Awesome place, very clean, nice staff, close to tons of great restaurants, Madera Beach and Centro. Third time staying at Villa Mercedes. Love it.
