Easy walking distance to town, hotel clean and facilities good. Great breakfast in pleasant dinning room.

Hotel was immaculate. The staff very friendly & attentive to our needs. As it is our Honeymoon we received free Proseco on arrival which was nice. Breakfast each morning had plenty of choice & was spot on.

Lot of mosquitos around the pool, very basic room, AC is loud but not really working. Good location and breakfasts

A bit too far from the main town and the bedroom needed more storage but the staff were so welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was fab. Not much of a spa though

Excellent breakfast!

We had a lovely time at the hotel, the pool was a godsend given the heatwave, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and we also made good use of the bar and pool service 😃. The room was a good size however the aircon wasnt fantastic and the shower had quite a lot of mould and one of the window privacy curtains was missing which for the price paid was a surprise. This is why I have rated as good and not excellent overall. That said, I would recommend the resort.

This property is spotless, the staff are friendly and the food just gorgeous. The place is well thought out. A small car park, followed by the hot tub and pool, with sunbeds. There is also a sun terrace upstairs that is really nice but noone really used it apart from a couple of people. We never used the spa but you can book in to have a massage. The location is less than 5 mins to the lake and the town centre is about 10-15 min walk. Station is a good 25-30 mins walk but the tickets are easy to get and you can go to Verona, Milan or Venice quite easily. Great location, great staff and hotel.

Hotel Palazzo is comfortable modern hotel located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Desenzano. It takes 10 mins to walk down to the main area for the shops, bars & restaurants, and the ferry from where you can take boats to the various villages around the Lake. It's set back about 100m from the lake shore, but you can see from the hotel bedrooms providing you get a lake view room. We were on the 2nd floor. The room itself is quite small, with minimal leg room around the bed. The en suite features a good shower. There are only a few parking spaces, which were always occupied during our stay, so I had to park on the streets around the hotel. The nearest electric car charging station is a 5 min walk away in an open public car park. The charger there is very slow, so allow enough time for charging when required. Reception was friendly and polite. My wife asked them to organise a little surprise for my birthday and the best they could offer was a bottle of prosecco in the room for 18 euros. They don't even give you free water in the room. The breakfast was decent, but the same menu every day. Overall it's a good hotel, but nothing outstanding. We didn't use the spa, as we booked the Thermae Spa in Sirmione, which was well worth the money. I wouldn't object to staying here again, but would look to staying closer to the town next time.

A very nice hotel, clean with comfortable beds. Helpful and friendly staff and the breakfast buffet was very good.

Quite freindly close to town modern well kept

The check out on june 15th, was horrible and left a bitter taste to the experience. We woke up late, went to breakfast and when we noticed, it was 10 min to 11am, check out time. Before going to the room, we asked for 30 mkn, to which we were rudeky informed we could not take it, in a rude maner, after we insisted we needed a few minutes to pack up. The front desk lady said her instructions were those and we place her on a bad spot by asking for this extra time, she could not decide. After trying to explaing to her we were hoing to take the time, and asked about the consequenced of the extra few minutes, we left the reception. The end of story is that at 11h12 min we were down. There were no consequences, besides the rudeness, lack of preparation of this one "professional" that made we ruminate about it during the day. Please get her trained on how to speak and handle customers, it was a shame. We travel for work and stay on more that 30 hotels per year, this experience is not comon to us. Take care, Tiago
