I was given the key to a room with people at midnight. Then told no more rooms despite confirmed reservation. Was let go in the street at midnight with no options! Staff barely speak any English. Run away from this place!!

We were able to check-in 4 hours earlier after a long flight fr9m Canada. Very friendly and curious staff.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever been to and I travel a lot. We had to change rooms twice: first room had filthy bed sheets with bits of hair all over, the second room had air conditioning problems and even the third room we settled in had the sink 70% blocked and despite my numerous complaints no one attended to this issue. At this point we gave up on changing rooms as it seems all rooms in this hotel have one or more problems . The limited toiletries were never updated daily or the coffee or toilet rolls unless you asked. The is no management at all in this hotel and if there is,it is very much incompetent and does not care.This hotel left us very disappointed with our Paris trip. We were refunded one night after many complaints, but this has in no way compensated us for a 5 day ruined holiday.

I arrived 11:00 am but they found a room ready for me. Also, they carried up my heavy suitcase🙏

Breakfast was confusing - no wait staff appearance - had to tell the concierge to charge me for the meal. One morning the fire alarm went off - had to go down to the front desk to find out it was just a spurious trip due to them having the doors open to let in the cool air.

They made our fantasy trip to Paris just perfect,.................................................

Not a 4*, should be a 3*. Housekeeping is poor, holes in the bed sheet with stains.

This hotel is actually very nice, it appears a little tired but the staff are good, the bed comfortable and the WiFi is good. My only gripe really is the chairs were uncomfortable in the room, this may seem a small thing but when you are working in your room it makes a difference. Having said that I would have no problem at all with staying here again, and I am sure I will do.

Lovely hotel, easy parking, easy walk to RER train station. Trains very frequent in and out of Paris, and reasonably priced too. Got off at Charles de Gaulle station straight up onto Champs Elysee by the Arc d'triomph.

Comfortable stay, rooms are clean and tidy. Good connectivity also, there is a bus stop at a stones throughaway from the hotel and that connects to RER. If it is late night and don't have a bus, one can walk about 20 minutes to reach the hotel from RER. The hotel has breakfast option, there are handful of other food outlets near to the hotel.

The staff were very helpful and the night shift receptionist on our final night went above an beyond to help us (he was very helpful, warm and friendly). The hotel was lovely, clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were no tea or coffee making facilities and nowhere to store any cold drinks, but this is normal in Paris. The hotel is half an hour from Paris and you should take the metro - which was pretty easy and the trains are very frequent. Rueil Malmaison (where the hotel is) is a very nice are and there is a lovely park across the road from the hotel. We also went to the end of the road (opposite direction from the metro) and crossed the road and turned right at the end of the road where we found a lovely area with a beautiful fountain and had the best salad ever sitting outside in the sunshine.

Les chambres ont été améliorées, du moins la moquette. La salle de bain est dans son jus : douche écossaise, barre de douche près de tomber. La literie est plutôt confortable et heureusement ! Dans les escaliers, une rampe gît au sol … Mais le désagrément vient surtout du petit déjeuner à 19€ : à 8h30 aucune table débarrassée et il ne reste plus grand chose ; à 7h30 le chaud n’est pas mis en place (œuf, saucisse). Ca fait cher le bout de pain ou la viennoiserie …
