Floor not swept on second day

Stayed in Ocean view room 3nts on the 9th fl. View was excellent. Any floor lower, the views would've been slightly obstructed. Hotel centrally and conveniently located. The only thing was the AC - No access in the room, anything (change of temp or On/Off) had to be thru the Reception.

Breakfast was very nice - lots of tasty options, the beach was right out the front door and lots of restaurants to choose from. The ocean view from our large windows and walk out balcony was wonderful. The high winds on the first night made a constant whistling sound through the balcony door and the hotel employee offered to tape the door shut. Instead we chose to open the door because the temperature was lovely and that stopped the noise. He said all the rooms on ocean side had that same problem. Beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was great. Parking in the basement garage was very tight but safe. Since it was the off season there was plenty of street parking also but in high season those few garage spots would be coveted - we called in advance to ensure one was saved for us. I would stay here again.

Nice option, front the beach-ocean, within a 2-4 street walking distance from the cruise terminal. The staff are friendly, and there's an excellent dining restaurant in the hotel.

We had a large room with great ocean view. But the room needs updating, our windows did not close properly

The hotel was an ideal base for exploring Peninsula Valdes and the surrounding Patagonian coast line for whales, penguins, sea lions, seals and various birds.

Room needed painting, better breakfast ( yogurt tasted like soap) sad furniture in lobby.

The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was surprisingly good, in particular the room service menu. I did not like that I had to wait until 8pm to order, but the food came quickly and was delicious. Also, the website says that certain food and drinks were available all day, and they were not.

Nice property located across from beach, in the middle of shops and restaurants. Hotel restaurant was excellent. Very comfortable room and rooftop deck with great views of bay.

Well located, close to great restaurants

Great location on the sea front and a nice modern hotel with great staff and food. Only downside is the difficulty parking as the sea front is a popular location for visitors. We were lucky on most occasions but had to park a few hundred metres away from the hotel once. Breakfasts were only average.

We liked the location , close to good restaurants. Also we had a view of the ocean and the cruise ships. The staff was more than helpful.

Really nice and helpful stuff. Hotel is a bit old fashioned, not as in the pictures. Air conditioning is not working and it was really hot. Otherwise all good.

Not a great first impression - we believed parking was available, but it had to be reserved in advance so there was none available, which led to endless driving around town looking for a space. Then the air con didn’t work in our first room, meaning we were eventually moved

Ok hotel. Bathroom is not super clean. Breakfasr is very basic.

There are very few places to stay in Puerto Madryn and this is supposed to be one of the best which is why we booked it. It is functional but that’s about it, the bed is quite hard but the room is big and pretty clean. It’s a decent base to stay but you wouldn’t want to spend any real time in your room. It’s along a travel lodge level of hotel. Staff are fine but unfriendly and we got zero interaction (even at breakfast) other than at check in where they watched us struggle up the stairs with our bags. Breakfast is the same as everywhere else. Scrambled eggs with bread and a small continental selection.

We booked a room with ocen view, very nice. The hotel has a restaurant with great food and good prices. Recently they opened a roof top terrace that has very nice views.
