Beds were really comfy, so so soft.

The building and grounds are well taken care of.

I bought a room with a kitchenette. I did not receive a kitchenette. I asked for a new room and they said they isn’t one. The toilet didn’t flush/fill up with water. I had to use ice bucket to fill toilet with water using the water sink. They had no urgency to fix it. The bathroom floor is unlevel and hard to walk on. Typical eastern country type hotel service. Unacceptable. I want money back from this stay.

Alot better than last time I stayed. My room air flooded and had wet carpet smell. Syaff kept coming put sheets and towels on the floor and NO compensation was given. Couldnt sleep bc it was hot.

Clean & comfotable, with big refrigerator, and kitchenette. Always great service!

I didn’t like a damn thing about this hotel. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. The employees were not very helpful. I Never received my receipt upon extending the room originally booked. They charged me for the same night twice when I called to extend the booking.

Very clean, mini fridge wasn’t working, they swapped in a new immediately the next day. Would stay again

Bathroom needed tub plumbing repairs and vent switch to get moisture out. Bathroom door would not shut and lock. Hotel looked like not kept up very well. Breakfast was average, but coffee machine was not working and was in the lobby and not in breakfast area.

Hotel was clean & quiet! Staff were great too!!

Room floor carpet Damp. Smelled wet. Only one airport shuttle. Full upon request. Coffee was warm not hot and fresh. Taxi to airport 30$.
