Staff was very courteous and helpful, room was clean and spacious, breakfast very adequate, no complaints.

Our phone and safe didn't work, we got stuck in the elevator, no-one cared.

I wish I could give five stars for a review because the staff was so amazing but I can’t help but mention the loud elevator function while we were trying to sleep on the 3rd floor. There is something seriously wrong with the elevator and it sounded like it was going to crash through our wall every time it stopped on our floor. Some very loud and strange sounds. If they are unaware of this issue, I’m sure they are now. But it’s literally impossible not to hear it. Maybe some maintenance is in order.

I highly recommend a stay at the Rendez-Vous hotel in Palermo, Buenos Aires. It’s a calm, stylish place in a lovely part of the city. The room was kept spotless each day by the wonderful staff, the bed was super comfortable, and the room was nice and ambient. The owners are sophisticated, worldly and kind-hearted professionals. They run a great ship here. Breakfast each morning is fresh and made and presented with care. And you have the backdrop of a stylish interior with soothing music playing in the background. Very kind and helpful staff. The property is clean an thank you, Gracias and helpful. My room was charming and comfortable as well. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Hotel is in a great location to wonderful restaurants and bars in BA, but the hotel staff were either really helpful or not helpful at all. Rooms are small but ample, nice big showers. That said, my friend who was staying in another room said he could hear every movement of the elevator from his room 24 hours a day, and he actually had to change rooms after one night.

The owner was an absolute champ and gave us recommendations (the good ones) and tips about the area. The hotel is great as well as the staff! Situated in the heart of Palermo, you can access all the cool coffee shops, restaurants and shops. Enjoy!

Great location but a little outdated

The mattress was no good then in the second unit that they put us in the water pressure was almost 0 the elevator was loud throughout the night and then they had construction above us starting at 4 AM. The worst experience we've ever had. We moved on to a new location.

Enjoyed being near the various neighborhoods and being able to easily access subway and bus to get around the city. Hotel staff have great recommendations on what to visit.

The owner Fred and his staff were gracious, welcoming, knowledgeable and very professional. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to cafes, restaurants, and a nice antique furniture market. There are several parks nearby for relaxing and reading.

Rendez vous is a very quaint, stylish and comfortable stylish hotel. Room was large, lots of windows, very nice bathroom. There is a very pleasant roof top which I enjoyed every night to relax after a long day of walking.

Tremendous boutique hotel in a quaint neighborhood. The owner and staff provide a very welcoming and enjoyable experience. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. The rooftop deck and hot tub are great with good views. There are many great restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries in close proximity and easily walkable. If you are looking for a quiet, authentic experience this is the place. Great boutique hotel for a very fair price.
