An Impeccable Stay at JW Marriott AeroCity Delhi – Truly Exceptional! Our experience at JW Marriott AeroCity Delhi was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculate. The staff across all departments—lobby, reception, restaurant, security, and housekeeping—were exceptional. Each one greeted us with a warm “Namaste,” always wearing a smile and making us feel genuinely welcome with their top-tier hospitality. A special touch that made our stay even more memorable was the complimentary airport service. Additionally, as it was my wife’s birthday and our wedding anniversary, the hotel went above and beyond to make the occasion special. They surprised her with beautiful flowers and even upgraded our room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The hotel itself is luxurious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a peaceful retreat. However, one minor downside is its location—it is close to the airport but quite far from the city center, with no major shopping areas nearby. Traveling to historical sites and main attractions in Delhi can be time-consuming. It would be the icing on the cake if the hotel provided a free shuttle service for sightseeing, making it more convenient for guests who wish to explore the city. Most importantly, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to each and every member of the staff at JW Marriott AeroCity Delhi. We have a few names in mind, but don’t want to miss any one out. Perfect for air traveler.

Terribly disappointed with the attitude at the front desk , I am an Elite member of Expedia and had booked on the site for one night stay Indian Rupees 37170.00 with airport shuttle , I was told there was no transfer available for me and the front desk harassed me about the room stating it was incorrect . I have never been harassed at any hotel by any staff member as I was at the JW Marriott Aero City , almost all my hotel stays in all countries have run smoothly and are very satisfying . I need an explanation from your end . Please attend to the matter

We had a great stay at JW Marriott Delhi Areocity! The hotel was gorgeous, the food was great! Everyone was super helpful and we had the best time with our driver from the hotel who took us to all the sights in Delhi! To be away from home for Christmas this was the best experience!

My package included breakfast and shuttle, but hotel said there was nothing included in it. They were not accommodating at all.
