Clean room, very helpful staff, spectacular breakfast buffet!

The hotel staff, ground and amenities were great! Excellent restaurants and the breakfast bar was very good. They made excellent concierges were very informative and made booking excursions easy. Highly recommend!

Always good to stay

Just what we needed aftaer some rougher travel! Great looking hotel, welcoming staff, and such comfy beds. We also enjoyed the pool!

Meet and assist was $25 well spent for arriving solo at the airport in the middle of the night. I wasn't thrilled that housekeeping knocked at 9:30am when I'd arrived at 3:00am so definitely should have used the DND sign because they don't track who is checking out late. Breakfast was just what I needed, had plenty of choices for everyone and most things were labeled if you wanted to try something new. I kind of wish I was staying one more night so I could make use of that nice-looking pool I can see from my window.

The room was clean, the staff were all very nice and helpful, and the restaurants were all great. It was also nice to have a Starbucks coffee bar there.

Great experince

A super organized staff, friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Hisham the concierge, yousef mariam & abanob in housekeeping, georgus and all the minas and chefs at the outside pool, mostafa the towel worker, and mariam at the reception bar. The hotel is very clean and comes with everything you need. Super safe and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.

The only great thing about this hotel was the staff and the service, otherwise for a Renaissance, the property is kinda of run down and not up to the standard of other like hotels. For the price, I felt we overpaid. But overall quiet, safe area. Walls are thin, 3 nights in a row, the alarm in the room next door went off at 4 am and kept going until 5:30 am. Staff couldn’t do anything about it.
