My stay at the hotel was one of the best I had. The staff made it a welcoming stay. From check in, to spending time at the pool bar, dining options, happy hour options and of course personal touch in my room thanks to Shaina, the assistance of the concierge to visit the Museum and immaculate arrangement including for the the airport shuttle pick up and departure… I can go on and on . Everyone served with a smile. That meant a lot to me. My thanks to each and everyone !!!!

The best hotel and staff in all of Egypt

Fantastic! We loved our stay at the Renaissance. We felt secure and well looked after by all the staff. It’s almost an entire resort in itself with several restaurants and bars. All the food was excellent. The pool area was well attended and clean but not crowded. There was an abundance of staff on hand ready to assist and serve at all times. Our room was cleaned spotless every day beyond expectations. We will be back.

One of the greatest hotels to stay at in cairo, staff is great and listens to concerns and solves problems. Breakfast is great and lounge both have great variety.

The hotel staff, ground and amenities were great! Excellent restaurants and the breakfast bar was very good. They made excellent concierges were very informative and made booking excursions easy. Highly recommend!

Just what we needed aftaer some rougher travel! Great looking hotel, welcoming staff, and such comfy beds. We also enjoyed the pool!

Meet and assist was $25 well spent for arriving solo at the airport in the middle of the night. I wasn't thrilled that housekeeping knocked at 9:30am when I'd arrived at 3:00am so definitely should have used the DND sign because they don't track who is checking out late. Breakfast was just what I needed, had plenty of choices for everyone and most things were labeled if you wanted to try something new. I kind of wish I was staying one more night so I could make use of that nice-looking pool I can see from my window.

The room was clean, the staff were all very nice and helpful, and the restaurants were all great. It was also nice to have a Starbucks coffee bar there.
