Very clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast and very centrally located. Easy access to entertainment and transportation. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this location.

This hotel was a welcome change after the bad experience with another accommodation that did not live up to expectations.. A couple of things tho: room was small, bathroom was smaller but thankfully it was serviceable, safe and quiet. Definitely recommend if you’re low-key and want a nice room in a nice area.

Breakfast too crowded , Always a Line for Everything. Card Never worked in the Elevator, Other than that it was ok .

We have been staying at this location twice a year for the last 10 years. It is close to our family and it is centrally located. In the past service was great. BUT the last few visits, the quality of the hotel has started to slip. Little things at first, food in the restaurant and overall service at the front desk. But this last visit was just trouble!!!!! Check in was really slow, internet was lacking and the food was disappointing to say the least. But the worst thing was the fact that our hotel room was not even cleaned for the last two days of our visit..I can understand the first day maybe because we left the room afternoon to visit our family etc. But the last night we were out of the hotel room before 10am and was back after 10 pm that night. We had to come down after getting back to get bath tissue, towels and soap because we didn't have any. We let the front desk know and they really didn't seem to care. This hotel had become our home away from home previously , so it really had saddened us to the bad service and lack of caring. So when we come back to Brazil in the fall, we will have to go stay somewhere else.....

The staff was great and our stay was great also. We felt safe with the cleaning process

Very happy with this hotel. Very new so in excellent condition. Staff were helpful especially when I was under-the-weather. Nice hotel. There's a Budget Ibis right next door so make sure you know which one you have booked :)

Location was not the best, but nice hotel and nice rooms.

Não tinha lençol para cobrir, só edredom. O banheiro precisa de manutenção, botão descarga enferrujado, pia amarelada. O sexto de lixo sem tampa. Poucas opções de lanche, à noite. O jantar são pratos feitos. Não gosto. A equipe é boa, atenciosal

O Atendimento foi muito gentil, de todos os funcionários com os quais conversamos. O cuidado com o meio ambiente e o consumo ecológico dos recursos hídricos! Também excelente. Contudo o quarto no qual ficamos a cama de solteiro fazia muito barulho, e água quente do chuveiro demorou mais que 5 minutos pra aqueder gerando desperdício de água limpa. Não havia cobertoees para a quantidade de hóspedes confirmado na reserva, tivemos que pedir. No cafe da manhã tive dificuldades pra comer as frutas pois estavam do contaminadas pelo meu agente alérgico.Tenho aplv (alergia proteína do leite de vaca) e sou alérgica a lactose. E mesmo com café da manhã muito bem servido aos hóspedes, os lácteos estavam contaminando as frutas e cereais. Bem como o leite servido ao lado do café. Como todo self-service as pessoas normais misturam colheres, copos. Nesta viagem eramos dois adultos, uma criança, e um pet. Meu pet teve acesso sem restrições a todos os ambientes do hotel e foi muito bem tratado.

O quarto foi organizado só no primeiro dia e optamos pela estadia sem café da manhã.
