Very good location. The room is comfortable and clean and quiet. The amenities are sparse. If I were in Belo Horizonte again I would stay here. Price is good for quality of room.

Very clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast and very centrally located. Easy access to entertainment and transportation. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this location.

This hotel was a welcome change after the bad experience with another accommodation that did not live up to expectations.. A couple of things tho: room was small, bathroom was smaller but thankfully it was serviceable, safe and quiet. Definitely recommend if you’re low-key and want a nice room in a nice area.

Breakfast too crowded , Always a Line for Everything. Card Never worked in the Elevator, Other than that it was ok .

We have been staying at this location twice a year for the last 10 years. It is close to our family and it is centrally located. In the past service was great. BUT the last few visits, the quality of the hotel has started to slip. Little things at first, food in the restaurant and overall service at the front desk. But this last visit was just trouble!!!!! Check in was really slow, internet was lacking and the food was disappointing to say the least. But the worst thing was the fact that our hotel room was not even cleaned for the last two days of our visit..I can understand the first day maybe because we left the room afternoon to visit our family etc. But the last night we were out of the hotel room before 10am and was back after 10 pm that night. We had to come down after getting back to get bath tissue, towels and soap because we didn't have any. We let the front desk know and they really didn't seem to care. This hotel had become our home away from home previously , so it really had saddened us to the bad service and lack of caring. So when we come back to Brazil in the fall, we will have to go stay somewhere else.....

Very happy with this hotel. Very new so in excellent condition. Staff were helpful especially when I was under-the-weather. Nice hotel. There's a Budget Ibis right next door so make sure you know which one you have booked :)

Quarto poderia ser mais limpo, o banheiro não tem janela nem exaustor de teto, o valor do chuveiro fica todo dentro do quarto. O café da manhã é muito bem servido, porém tive problema todos os dias pois minha reserva constava sem café da manhã. Os funcionários da recepção até tentam ajudar mas alguns não sabem o que fazer

Minha experiência no Hotel foi ótima! Atendeu ao que eu queria. Localização em área nobre e central de Belo Horizonte com um custo-benefícios bom. O café da manhã (opcional pois é pago à parte) excelente, muitas opções. Na portaria tem café e pão de queijo de cortesia. Não posso deixar de falar sobre a máquina de água que fica também na portaria e disponível para os hóspedes. Ela é simplesmente um LUXO. Tem água gasosa e natural. Fiquei apaixonada. O quarto, achei estranho apenas a pressão da água do chuveiro (estava fraca) e o fato de o Hotel não fornecer toalha de rosto. Mas não me atrapalhou em nada. No mais fiquei muito satisfeita. Voltarei e indico a todos essa experiência maravilhosa!!!

Satisfeita com a hospedagem. Só tive alguns problemas relacionados a limpeza do quarto nos dois check in que fiz, mas a equipe resolveu de prontidão. A equipe do hotel e do refeitório é muito atenciosa. Mas a limpeza nos talheres também não estava muito boa. Mas ainda assim achei um excelente custo benefício. Boa localização, funcionários atenciosos, comida no refeitório estava boa. Café da manhã bom e água potável à disposição dos hóspedes ( máquina no saguão ). O hotel também coloca uns pães de queijo ou outro lanchinho com café no período da tarde no local próximo à recepção. Toda terça tem música ao vivo no restaurante do hotel (jantar).
