Receptionist very enthusiastic, good support

This is a basic hotel with small rooms, but it's sufficient if you're looking for a short stay of 1 or 2 nights. Be aware that there are two separate properties, so you might need to move around to get to your room or the breakfast area. Other than that, the location is convenient, with some shops nearby, making it easy to grab essentials.

The service of the hotel is very satisfying, the rooms are clean, the size of the rooms is large. Near the hotel there is a pharmacy and mini market, so for shopping to eat drink is quite tasty.

I have been travelling for several months and stayed in over 20 hotels. I take time to review each one to let travellers make informed decisions and let hotels know where they could improve their service. The staff at this hotel were not very helpful or attentive. They just didn't appear very friendly or interested in responding to questions or requests for information. Also my girlfriend got some hair dye on a towel and a tiny bit on the duvet sheet. They didn't attempt to wash these but charged us over £40. The manager wasn't available to speak to and the staff just shrugged and waited for me to pay before returning my passport. The pool was disappointing and the shower room next to the pool could definitely do with some attention.
