The room itself was fine and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, there was a lot of noise from outside that could be heard in the room and several homeless persons wandering the hallway looking for a room, stating the building had been a shelter for them previously. The location was convenient but would not be my first choice when I go back to the area.

My stay couldn’t have been more perfect! The staff were especially accommodate! 5 star experience for sure!

This property was under construction so but the rooms were very good.

My stay was very good, and this hotel is a good place to know about. Parking out back was fine, but due to the construction going on, it was not clear just where the hotel parking was. Also the back entrance had no signage, so at first, I didn't even know there was one. For an out-of-towner, these details make a difference. Thanks overall for a really nice stay.

I loved that places to eat and to shop were located within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Rooms were recently updated and they were beautiful! Beds were comfortable, TV was newer, water pressure was great, the robes were comfortable. Overall a great stay.

I would stay again. In March 2025 the complex is under construction. when finished will be a great place to stay

I like this hotel and try to stay here when I come to Anchorage. Staff are helpful and friendly, and amenities are great. Currently under partial renovation, but only minor noise during the day. I wasn’t bothered at all.

This facility was completely misrepresented in ALL PHOTOS. from there it was all downhill, we left after first night. Don't waste your money

Property under construction no room service just terrible

The room was nicely decorated - really cute - with a comfortable bed and nice, updated bathroom. Unfortunately, I had chosen this hotel because it was our last night in town and I thought we could hang out together in any common areas before our very early flight the next day. Turns out they were in the middle of _major_ construction and there was no lobby to hang out in together. I thought our room would have a small corner seating area, but that was not the case either, so our party was kind of split into our two rooms and not able to enjoy our last evening together as much as I had hoped. That said, if we go back I may stay here because the plans for the new lobby look really lovely and the room was very good.

I think hotel is very nice it was just unfortunately under construction the second time we stayed so i can’t give it best review but i think once it’s redone its a great place to stay

Easy walking to things downtown. Newly remodeled so rooms were very nice.
