Very nice staff, great for people with pets

This bed and breakfast does not look like any of the pictures you see on Expedia. It is much smaller than it seems. there is a fence right next to the pool that you do not see in the picture. The lobby is outdated with broken furniture. The swimming pool is waaaay smaller than it looks and the pool bar is completely abandoned and inoperative. They say free coffee but they charge you a lot for it. Forget about the WiFi and any chance of getting connected to the internet. We run out of water for a whole day and when it was working was either boiling hot or freezing cold with minimum pressure/amount of water. We arrived at night and parked our rental car in the (very dark) parking lot and it was hit by a jackfruit. Owner refuses to reimburse for the repair. Be very careful with all the jackfruit trees around the property. We paid a lot of money for our stay (totally not worth it) and spent most of our vacation trying to solve the problem with the car and lack of water/internet with no success. Stay far away from this property. Never coming back to it.

Actual Location does not look anything like the pictures. Room was very smelly but they gave us another one that was ok. Breakfast average at best. Bad value for money. Plus you feel tricked into your stay by the pictures not resembling the actual place. Staff was ok. It was clean. Bad Wifi

Very friendly staff, nice restaurant, excellent breakfast, good facilities and a fairly nice location if you don't need to be extremely close to the beach. You can also use the facilities of their two other hotels in Ilhabela during your stay, which helps a lot if you just wanna take a shower in another location or even use the swimming pool.

The location is not fantastic, but it is central by car to various locations. The staff is nice, the breakfast is good. The rooms are little villas so you have plenty of space. The bathrooms could use some updating, but for overall value on an expensive island, this is a nice solution.

Bom custo beneficio. Instalações adequadas. O melhor é a gentileza dos funcionários, sempre solícitos para resolver qualquer problema. Destaque para Gabriela e Elisa. Foi uma boa experiência.

Minha estadia nessa Pousada foi incrível desde da recepção,café maravilhoso cardápio variado Canas boas e quarto limpo ,um lugar bem familiar

O quarto era simples mas duper confortável, tinha até ar condicionado, o atendimento foi mt bom, todos bem simpáticos e o café da manhã é bem completo !

A estadia foi tranquila, mas bem aquém das expectativas que criamos, pelas avaliações anteriores. Começando pelos pontos negativos: Nosso quarto era bem antigo, isso já sabíamos, mas ficamos desconfortáveis com o cheiro terrível que saía do ralo do banheiro. Era necessário manter a porta do banheiro fechada, mas mesmo assim o fedor exalava pelo quarto. Outro ponto, as camas não tinham cabeceira e com isso a friagem das paredes era sentida ao deitar no travesseiro, e também havia mofo nas paredes bem em cima da cama (foto anexada). A roupa de cama estava bem desgastada (cobertor com furos e saia da cama também com furos). Não havia cortina no quarto e por isso a claridade nos acordava extremamente cedo. Por ser uma suite família deveria ter um par de copos e talheres na área da "cozinha" mas não tinha nenhum utensílio. Também precisam melhorar a pavimentação dentro da pousada, choveu e era barro pra todo lado. O resto de obra que colocaram no chão, não ajuda em nada e só leva sujeira para os quartos Pontos positivos: pegamos dias de muita chuva e o que salvou foi a piscina aquecida. O café da manhã é bom e o self service de sorvetes, é muito agradável. Atendimento das funcionárias foi agradável e todas muito simpáticas.

Ótimo hospedagem, café muito bom, sempre com reposição, piscina grande, somente o chuveiro que saía pouca água, mas de resto sensacional.

Localização, atendimento e café da manhã impecáveis, Argentino , Chile e Elisa estão de parabéns e o pessoal da recepção também!

Pelo os comentários achei que ia ser ruim, mais pelo contrário o lugar é rústico, confortável, achei muito lindo e muito legal, as piscinas, tem bastante banheiros espalhados no local, no casarão onde é servido café de noite tinha rodízio de pizza, playground para meu bebê, foi muito legal, e ainda depois que a gente fecha a conta da pousada que é até 12:00 a gente ainda pode utilizar as piscinas e os banheiros, podendo tomar banho e se trocar tranquilamente para o retorno da viajem , bom amei e voltarei mais vezes

A pousada pode melhorar muito pelo ambiente que possui, precisa trocar os chuveiros e refazer a fiação, fica oscilando muito a energia e no café da manhã precisa repor mais rápido as opções.
