We had a lovely stay at the cliff hotel only one criticism and it’s only a small one. Our room is really small. We had wright room. We did struggle my friend is elderly and he found the steps going up to the bathroom at night confusing Also could there be a rail coming out of the bath because when you have a shower, you have to step at the bath and when you’re elderly like my Friend was he really struggled and a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang the damp towel when you come out of the shower but I must say your Manager and staff were amazing amazing and we met some lovely people that were local in the bar and the guy and the lady that did the music they were excellent. These are just not criticisms. They’re just a little helpful hints. We would definitely stay again but perhaps not in that room, but we did love the hotel and the staff were amazing

Our room and ensuite were spotless, on site parking was plentiful, the bar and options plentiful with swift service and all of the staff friendly, helpful and professional. The restaurant was exceptional

Very busy business ( mid summer plus very hot). Beautifully situated with distant view of the Needles. Good breakfasts. Dinner spoiled by a very raucus leaving party.( ??house rules on guest behaviour ). Lovely cliff top walking area. A tad pricey for our liking, but overall a lovely place to stay for a couple of nights.

Cliff House was a great stay for one night. The staff were very helpful. We stayed in a ground floor room opposite the carpark which was not the best in terms of view but OK for one night (given accessibility was more important). The room was clean and nicely decorated, it had a slightly musty smell perhaps because it was on the floor next to kitchens etc but overall fine. The fan was going in the room as we arrived and was definitely welcomed in this heat. The building is older so it was slightly noisy at night with people staying above us walking up and down at 2/3am and then again at 5am! Which woke us up. That is the only grumble we would have. Hotel is joined to the bar which was ok. It was not invasive as I had originally feared. Beautiful spot over all and a lovely place to be - staff were wonderful.

Very nice hotel in a lovely location, everyone of the staff were so helpful and friendly, lovely cooked breakfast, very nice room with nice furniture and well decorated. They were so popular that parking was a bit difficult at times but that was a only a minor problem.

Surprised there was no check on whether you were staying or eating at the hotel before you could use the car park. When I arrived there were only 2 spaces left in a large parking area so I managed to park, but only just.

Lovely stay at this little gem of a hotel, staff were friendly, very helpful and polite. Breakfast service was very good, and evening dinner was high quality. Bar / restaurant always busy with customers. My room was upgraded and was lovely, comfortable and i really enjoyed my stay for 3 nights. New bathroom with really nice local organic toiletries. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for solos or couples, plenty of car park spaces, and local to New Forest, Bournemouth and is even good for a quick visit to the Isle of Wight. 100% recommendation.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. I thoroughly recommend the hotel and the restaurant facilities. The location is amazing overlooking the ocean. Also extremely dog friendly which I loved.

Great stay

Excellent from check in and having my bag carried upstairs to my room, and check out after an excellent breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach with fab views. 4 minute walk to co op for room snacks. The menu was great and

Everything was great, especially the views of sea and the Needles from the room and restaurant/bar below. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t wish for anything more for a one night stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The young staff were efficient and friendly. The food was of a good standard. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay here, lovely staff, great food and cocktails and a great location, Shame the sea view I paid extra for was mainly blocked by a gazebo, but I think it's just there for Christmas. I would definitely stay here again!
