The hotel is not far from the subway on the 10th floor. The room may smelt up when entering. Air-conditioning doesn't adjust, full use of appliances, there are 4 bottles of drinking water everyday. There is a fridge. The rooms have different rooms. There are bread, tea, coffee to eat.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Overall room is ok. But there is a disadvantage that does not keep the sound and smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms into the room.

The hotel entrance is on the side of Seven Seas. Press the elevator up to the 10th floor. It will reach the reception desk as well, except the bathroom uses normal roller blinds to be arranged, but this is attached to each other. Have to find something over the roller blinds and sit in the shower If standing, it shows at the corner of Sita Road.

The receptionist is very accommodating. The room is much like the pictures and the location is just walking distance to ximen station and very near to the shopping areas. There is 711 beside the building. We also appreciate the free coffee tea etc, as well as the bread. Would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The room was spacious and there is a free drink always available near the lift. The area also is very close to ximen area. The only thing that was a big no no is the aircon and wifi. The wifi does not reach our room, the air con was not cold ..

The hotel is comfortable, clean, located near MRT and Ximending night market. However, sometimes a few unfriendly staff may be due to language barrier so it is not good. Overall, ECFA made me quite satisfied.
