People who work there are very nice

Overall, it was very nice and clean. The market was a little far but still walkable. Air conditioning was a little weak but overall still cooler than outside.

Loved the location & that we could walk anywhere we needed to go, the gym was nice & well equipped, loved that we were right near the courts for pickleball/tennis, enjoyed hanging out in the patio at night & that they had wine/available with cheese & crackers, all of the staff was very nice & helpful, we will definitely visit again

We enjoyed our stay

Overall, this Hampton Inn may be the worst I have stayed in. It was easily 100-150 overpriced even for the Holiday Weekend. The bathroom had chipped paint, there was no vent in the bathrooms, the TV and remote were difficult to manage. Bathroom was not even Days Inn quality. If you are headed to Lake Placid, definitely look somewhere else!

Arrived early and they still got the room ready within an hour

We were 100% pleased with everything about the hotel and what a nice hot breakfast was served daily. The room had all the amenities and the view of Mirror Lake was lovely. We absolutely recommend it.

Had a great trip, staff are very friendly. Especially the bar tender, travelled solo.

Located right next to Mirror Lake, conveniently situated on the main road in downtown.

Clean, great location, great complimentary breakfast and the employees were all so helpful and friendly.

Love the commons area

A friend and I came to climb Mt. Marcy. We loved the hotel and the room was very nice. Check-in clerk Webbie was very helpful. Would like to return for a longer stay in future.

Excellent hotel right on the water. Nice clean rooms with balconies. Nice breakfast included. The best for last the staff is amazing and Gustavo at the front desk should teach a class on customer service.
