Lovely, kind and polite staff, helpful and knowledgeable with info. Updated rooms very clean and tidy. Will definitely be back.

The staff are friendly and the place is quite clean. If you're driving a car, it is very easy to park since they got a convenient parking place there and its free. And also if you're a Deakin student and graduating at Costa Hall, this is one of the perfect place to stay. The bus stop is near with the motel and can take you to Deakin University. Kmart and Coles are right across the motel. There's only one problem I've had when I stayed there. Two of the staff entered my room twice without knocking, they think there's no one in the room yet but they did apologised for their inappropriate behaviour once they saw us inside.
