Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to all the interesting places . Amazing restaurants around open till late. Spinnato perfect for all day coffee and Italian pastries.

Wonderful breakfast for €5,00!! With many food options. Very comfortable king bed with multiple pillows. Large bathroom with very large shower with special lighting system, that you can easily program yourself, large fluffy towels. Kettle with coffee/tea in room. Windows that open. Room air-conditioning. Refrigerator and safe in room. Simply Wonderful place to stay!!!

Very cozy hotel with ability to self check-in. Front desk is not staffed 24h, so be aware. There is ability to leave luggage but it will not be guarded or kept behind a lock, FYI. I had a double which had a huge bathroom and a nice terrace to the street. Street noise was not bad, and I'm a fairly light sleeper. Breakfast available 8:30-10 only. They'll kindly ask which time you plan to eat and if you have a preference of sweet or savory.

It is a great spot. Close to everything. like an apartment, 6 units in an apartment building. Codes to get into the building made it very easy. Price was incredible. I would recommend it to anyone.

The room, amenities, facilities and property overall were excellent, conforming to what we had been offered in terms of quality and services. The owners and staff were attentive and helpful, the location is excellent for walking to main attractions, shopping and dining, and is next to a stop for the airport shuttle bus. Very good breakfast, accurate and practical information for visitors, and high standards for customer care. I would highly recommend to stay at Residenza Wagner.

A great place to stay while exploring Palermo. The host (Julia) is amazing and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

We stayed twice at this place. First they send some instructions to get into the Hotel while we were getting there taking 3 long plane flights, for some reason we could download the instructions and we could not get in to the place, we called at the phone number and the person will not give us the information how to get in by phone so we had to wait after a long trip for the assistant to appear. After that I suggested to send this information well ahead of time, not the arrival day. We had to return at a second time, the room was paid off and no return money by then. So we arrived and now we had the info to get in, we found a charming couple from Spain having the same problem we had, and we reached the hotel, there was a cleaning woman saying the she had instructions not to let us in. We called again and they let our luggage in while the assistant will show up later to register. We were met by the owner scolding us for not following his orders, "his house his rules" and he said he is a lawyer and if we give the hotel a bad review he will sue us, all he cares is for his altar of review awards at his hotel, I recommend Hotels.con and Expedia to drop this hotel from your listing. No guest should go through this experience. We never use a bad word nor scalated the confrontation, I asked him to give me the key of the room I paid for and I will not waste my time arguing nonesense. I travel a lot but this is the WORST

Staff were very helpful in arranging airport pick up. Room was very spacious and clean. Location was close to everything. Parking - not on site but about a 5 min walk. 25 euro/night

This place should absolutely be a 5 star location. The room immaculate, great location next to everything. Very safe neighborhood with easy to walk restaurants, and shopping. Great staff, all were very helpful in making our time enjoyable.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Nice room, pleasant staff (sylvia is fantastic!). 2 downsides. The bathroom, although private, is outside of the room and requires going out to a public area to go to the bathroom. And there is no checkin between 1:00 to 4:00 (we had to wait many hours to get in our room).

The hotel was perfect for our stay. Very clean and modern. Our room was large with a balcony.

We spent 1 night here. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful with local restaurant guidance. The room was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated and the common areas were spacious and clean. The location was central, close many restaurants and the to the ferry port.

Staff were very accommodating, kind and helpful. Upon seeing we had a baby travelling with us they upgraded us to a bigger room at no extra cost. We were so pleased with the room and hotel staff that we wished we had stayed another night, but our schedule wouldn't allow it. Local area was sprinkled with lots of lovely eateries and the hostess gave us great recommendations on what to do and where to go, and made a dinner reservation for us at Amecasa, which was lovely. The breakfast provided at the hotel was a continental one but it was nice and fresh and kept us satiated for a good few hours after. For the price, this hotel is an absolute gem and you cannot go wrong!!!! I cannot believe everything was so good about our stay given the reasonable price at which it's advertised. Would stay here again and again!!!

The owners and staff are the kindest and most helpful people who will go to any trouble for guests The location is ideal and near shops,restaurants,supermarkets,chemists and Teatro Massimo It is also in a chic, safe part of town Staff have lots of good recommendations and can arrange tours of Sicily and airport taxis at competitive rates. We hope to return some day

When we first arrived we wondered what we'd let ourselves in for, but as soon as we were through the front door of the hotel those fears disappeared. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, offering a personal service just not feasible for larger hotels. The location is also good, being only 10 minutes' walk from the very centre of the city.
