Such a lovely staff and such a nice clean property. Perfect location (5 minutes to the main square).

The hotel was historic and beautiful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were patient, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. After returning from Rainbow Mountain, I needed oxygen due to the altitude, and their response was immediate, discreet, and compassionate, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, and we loved being able to order exactly what we wanted each morning. The only downside was the lack of an elevator; however, the front desk gentleman kindly assisted us with our luggage to the third floor, which made a big difference.

I would definitely recommend Tierra Viva Centro Cusco. The rooms, the staff, the service everything was of the highest standard. The staff were on hand 24/7 to help out with everything you needed. They were able to give us an early check in and we were leaving to go on a trek in the early hours they had a breakfast care package ready for us. The hotel was also central to everything. The hotel and service was do good we booked to return after our trek, where everything was again 10/10

Great simple breakfast, staff speak English, very helpful. Location is very walkable to anything you need including beautiful historical sites. If I come back here I’ll stay here again!

It was so comfortable that we looked forward to coming back and resting in it each night. Great hospitality. Clean and cozy.

They made us a box lunch because we had to get a cab before they served breakfast. The room was really warm and when we asked to send someone to fix it, he didn’t show up.

The Hotel ws fine, the staff was fine. We have experienced to disagreement : 1. We asked for an airplane shuttle, thinking it would be included, but they offered to call for a taxi. 2. We experienced a very noisy surrounding particularly at night (friday); there seems to have a night club just beside. We started sleeping at 3AM and woke up at 4AM to take our plane. Not the best night.
