I did get double charged for cash and credit at the restaurant buffet.

The closet in the room needs maintenance. There is a problem with the balcony glass and there is a delay in receiving the room

I would like to thank Ms. Ones, the receptionist, as she is truly outstanding in providing the hotel’s services.

We had paid for a premium sea view room, we had to ask to be changed to get the premium room because they put us in the superior room when we checked in, and we were changed after the first night. The night crew receptionist staff was very polite and helpful, however the lady manger at the reception did not communicate regarding a tower card that was needed to get towels for the pool or the beach, we ask the lady Manager politely can we check out at 1pm instead of 12pm and she haven’t even looked at us. She was looking in the computer and saying no! without even paying full attention. the towel person in the pool he is always helpful with us but the one working at the beach threatening to charge me if I don’t returned it to him. We spoke with the receptionist about having someone to come visit with us in the hotel just for meeting and get a coffee and that was not allowed. No explanation why!! You cannot have a visitor come in to swim on the beach in front of the hotel unless they belonged to the hotel. Beach security guard said I can not let person swim even a visitor. I don’t know why no clear explanation. The lifeguard came in and interfere the conversation and said no you cannot have a visitor aggressively. The house keepers were very nice, and worked very hard to keep the rooms nice. As well as the staff in the dining areas, even though the prices of food and drinks at the hotel are very overpriced, No WiFi and no free water to drink. The beach is very beautiful.

Excellent stay except for checking in and WiFi. Checking in was too slow and not organized. WiFi was either too slow or not available.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Les lieux sont très propres, que ce soit les chambres, les espaces communs ou les piscines (extérieure et couverte). Le personnel est vraiment gentil, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. La restauration est variée, bien organisée et d’une grande propreté. Petit point à noter : les mariages organisés le week-end peuvent parfois durer un peu tard le soir, ce qui peut gêner si vous cherchez le calme à ces moments-là. Mais à part cela, tout était parfait. J’y reviendrai sans hésitation !

The drinking water wasn't free. Only the first day. That's shame to get a room in 5 stars 🌟 hotel then the bustles of warer are not available at rooms.

Professional reception and check in. I contacted the management for some requests and they were positive and responsive. I appreciated highly their kindness. I had higher expectations given my VIP access/reservation. The hotel is an amazing one, but needs some further renovation including the elevators. I like it overall.

The worst hotel I have stayed in and i’ve stayed in over a thousand hotels in my life. There is nothing 5 star about this hotel. At best, this is a 2 or 3 star hotel. It’s old, damaged, dirty, and staff couldn’t care less. No clean towels and sheets - hotel repeatedly told me every single day of my stay that there were no clean towels they could provide. Bed sheets stink because they don’t have enough sheets to change them. Housekeeping is a joke. The room is not even vacuumed or swept so lots of sand on the floor from the beach. Forget calling down to reception. I’m not even sure why there are phones in the room. No one ever picks up the phone at reception, not even the emergency line. You physically have to go downstairs if you have any questions, and good luck with getting answers. They refused to give us the room category we had booked. They also refuse to turn on air conditioning in the hotel. The halls, elevators, restaurants are ridiculously hot. It was over 40 degrees and no air conditioning. The air conditioning in the room is only set to one temperature. None of the thermostats in the room work so you’re melt in the room too from the heat. This hotel resembles a hostel, but without hostel prices. Do yourself a favour - read all the reviews and go elsewhere for even less money each night. Horrible hotel. Horrible staff. Horrible everything.
