This hotel was amazing. New styling is on point and perfect size, location, amenities...everything. Staff were realy nice from front door to bar.

Service quality and hospitality of the staff was amazing, but the room was small with a very narrow corridor for the rate we have paid and it was not properly furbished. Car Parking and lack of maneuvering space was too limited for people arriving by car. Valet services was not also available at all times.

Nice hotel but a little out of the way. (Marina would be the place i would stay). Staff were good in particular a guy called sergeant who went out of his way to help. An issue for me and friends was the wifi constantly going off and having to re register each time. (an issue when catching up on work)

Overall was ok The beach was so nice and staff very friendly The location was a bit far and you need a car because sometimes hard to get taksi. The breakfast was disappointed. The bed wasn’t comfortable and furniture need renovation

Overall a nice property. Location was pretty and the resort was nice. Over the 4 days we were there we never had maid service once (they never even knocked). The restaurant unfortunately gave me food poisoning. The location had no other food options (not the hotels fault, but just an FYI). We were there early September and getting a taxi was next to impossible - I recommend renting a car during the busy season.

Some of the staff was super helpful, kind and attentive. It was mostly due to those key staff members that we had a good time. Esp. Mr. Lokman! Also our room was upgraded to a larger room to accommodate our kid better, which we were very thankful for. The property has a nice kids pool, activity area for young kids and a nice cosy beach. However the facility(or staff) did not seem to be ready for the season during our stay. Food and drinks service was really slow(and the menu could use some upgrades, we overheard the kitchen was understaffed). All in all would recommend to families with kids assuming they fix their service which lacked when key members were not present.

This hotel was my worst experience ever. Don’t go there. We had to leave the next day. That bad!!!! Spend your money on good properties and professionals. This property deserves 2 stars overall.

It was a really nice experience Bed and pillow was very comfortable Breakfast was really delicious Only thing that we were disappointed was air conditioner, first night our room was very cold nd there was no warm option in ac and no heating. I was worried for our baby next time it would be good to have heating option as well

We enjoyed our stay in this small and beautiful hotel in Yalikavak. Yalikavak is outside of Bodrum center which is too crowded for our taste. The hotel has a private beach which we enjoyed as well. It is a very clean hotel and the staff is very friendly.

Hotel was closing for its end of season. Poor food menus with many items not available daily. Breakfasts were exceptionally poor with most days many items unavailable. Most fruits were not ripe or sweet Generally good matters were well below par! Otherwise hotel would have been ideal Staff were very helpful & polite as well as friendly

Suit rooms have nice sea view, they upgraded us last night to suit. Service could be better..It is good for families with kids, as it has nice beach with sand.

We stayed at the Avantgarde hotel for 1 week in May which apparently is the best time to go to Turkey as it is very quiet and the weather is perfect. We loved everything about the hotel apart from the lady receptionist who clearly does not enjoy being there. She looked extremely unhappy most of the time and had no understanding of customer service. My girlfriend slipped in the reception area due to the floor just being mopped. We were right in front of the receptionist and instead of asking if my girlfriend was fine, she looked at us in total disbelief as if we had committed a crime. (There was no sign to indicate that the floor had been mopped). At checkout, we were charged for coffees which were supposed to be included in our breakfast and it caused some issues as only 1 staff member speaks English. This was not a nice way to end our holiday. I really feel that they should make a habit of getting the customer to sign for their bill like most hotels do. It would avoid any unnecessary confusion. Apart from that, I would still recommend this hotel as it has a lovely feel to it.

The welcoming staff can not find a solution to change our room which was not cleaned and was not overlooking the garden as promised. However the staff at breakfast was so kind and helpful.

Good place for families or couples. It is quiet and hotel staff is welcome.

Very nice hotel, with warm and welcoming staff. Lovely location and excellent facilities. A real pleasure staying there. Only thing preventing higher rating was that hot water was not always available in the room.
