Staff was terrible and tried scamming us out of $70

Door to bathroom would not close all the way. Tub would not plug. Had to ask to have our own towels and washcloths changed every day. It was okay stay.

The ceiling collapsed in the bathroom the night before check out I heard it fall but didn’t know what it was. When I awakened I found a hole in the ceiling and reported it The staff just thanked me for informing them and said there was nothing they could do

Housekeeping woman was absolutely gorgeous and "helpful".

The hotel smelled like incense (stunk), not very clean- bugs in the room. I will definitely pay more for a better quality hotel.

Room was clean, breakfast was good. Everything was nice.

The only problem I had was with staff she the weekend night attendant was rudest person I’ve ever met. She was rude, not only to me, but to people that were coming in after me she has no business being in this type of business.

Hotel was clean but the breakfast was not great. Bring your own or plan on going out.

Convenient for family visits.

This is our second trip to this hotel, and it is always great. The front desk staff are always efficient but not very personable, but that’s not a big deal for us since we only really communicate during check in/out. The room is always clean and comfortable and supplies what you need, never had an issue as far as the stay itself.

The Jacuzzi suite was really nice. It was large everything worked and it was at the far end of the hotel so you didn’t feel like you would be a bother with the Jacuzzi running would definitely stay in this room again.

Other than noisey neighbors in the upstairs room its always a pleasant experience there. #RepeatCustomer

Didn’t like that I had to put a deposit down and have not received it after 3 days still. Have to contact the property to make sure the funds are returned

Everything was good except the noise overhead. Sounded like kids running in the halls.

Night clerk was rude, abusive and generally just plain nasty. Continental breakfast was extremely poor, verging on inedible.

Was currently being remodeled but place was very clean and maintained from what we could see

My family & I had a very relaxing stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, updated, and welcoming. Cleaning staff was polite, courteous, and efficient. As for the overall hotel facilities, the common area carpet needs replacing but was always clean. The pool was crystal blue and relaxing. We had a great stay.

The deadbolt on my door did not work. The bathroom door did not shut all the way. The rest of the room was very nice
