Everyone was friendly and good customer service skills

The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The swimming pool is next to the restaurant makes it very convenient and comfortable. This hotel is by far my favorite in the city.

Everything was acceptable, the arrival not so since the receptionist at the moment Sulay and the other one present were not not understanding and compassionate to our request to our request since were traveling with little children. Apart from that simple but important observation that i personally made to them since i worked in hotels; everything went well.
