They need new pillows!!! What the.....and a whole remodel I do not recommend we were there 15 mins and checked out....

This was a nice, neat property and the room was clean and functional. It was on the ground floor though so it was very loud - mostly from folks walking around upstairs. I don't think the upstairs guests were trying to be loud, just the acoustics were very echo-ey. I'd suggest trying to check in as early as possible to secure an upstairs room.

Stayed ground floor. Property near main roads and train line. Ok if door closed. Neighbours above you could hear them walking around and there bed at early hours of the morning was getting a work out. Otherwise it was ok

Staff wasnt friendly at all; needed extra towels; staff/mgmt must have family that resides along with them because there was a lot of them and little kids kept playing around guests cars and running up and down stairs! Very annoying

Room 120 got bed bug bites

Cleanliness: saw a roach and a fly in the room. My sister and her kids were getting bit by something in their room. Staff & service: nice staff, happily accommodated me for late check in Property conditions: some parts of the walls just looked run down and old Area: kind of secluded, which can be a good thing but food places were a drive away. It’s a small city so not too bad

Does not have ample parking for big vehicle's. Charged a pet deposit which was fine but should have been disclosed on Expedia. Room ia severely old and dated. Holes in wall near toilet. Shower tilemold and geout staines

Everything was very good

Room was decent, it can use more cleaning as there was dust all around. The pillow sheets had hair, one of them had a small dead bug. The carpet floor in the corner of the bed was dirty and there was a roach (it seemed like they had not bother to clean that area). Front desk staff were nice, once I mentioned about the pillow covers a lady came to change them. Overall, good size of room.
