The staff were very accommodating and very nice. There were some misunderstanding regarding the breakfast but it was immediately addressed and the food was delicious! so i will give San Yon 5 out of 5 stars and will definitely stay here again when i go back to taiwan.

Very good location, top servis, comfortable mattress, cramped room.

The receptionist was too impolite and careless. When we came to the hotel at 9pm, no one was in the reception board, we had to wait for 10 mins but no apology for our waiting. She also forgot our booking was for 3 people and at 9pm she asked the cleaner to arrange additional bed for us. Her attitude was so bad.

Friendly staff, I arrived early but check always.
