Not clean

Stay was comfortable, but need to mention 2 things that I expected. Cleanliness around the hotel premises, Our room didn't have a microwave oven. Not the best of stays. Staffs were awesome.

The room was very nice. The pool was very dirty and the hot tub was closed.the

We came in a 6:45 pm and our rooms weren't even clean yet. Got room service cause we were tired and it had and extra 23 dollar charge on it for service after tipping. Gyms not open

We were upgraded to a king bed it was a really nice room. Hotel in general was nice and new and clean

The countertops in my room had not been cleaned for days, possibly weeks. There were all kinds of marks, smudges and cup stains on the bedroom vanity and similar in the bathroom. Tried taking photos but there was too much reflection off the surface. Hair everywhere and a horrible uneven cheap floor. Could hear every word of my neighbour - lovely at 3am. Breakfast was very limited with no personal greeting.

Overall we enjoyed staying here. The room was large and modern. The room temperature setting was temperamental and not easy to adjust but I eventually coaxed on the aircon by setting it to the lowest temperature setting and then moving the temperature higher. Someone should look at room 231 to fix this. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory. No other meals taken.

Booked for company trip , 2 rooms for 2 employees that don't know eachother. When checking in hotel informed my employees they didn't have 2 rooms. they were forced to stay in 1 room together. hotel charged for 2 rooms , multiple calls spoke with management was refused a refund for the 2nd room we weren't provided as they stated they gave the employees an upgraded room so they don't have to provide a refund.

This is a brand new Radisson Hotel. I like they have 24/7 airport shuttle which puts my mind at peace.

I had an upgraded room which is a plus. Didn't like the bed, wasn't comfortable but i super like the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. It was a decent room size. Clean except for the side table they forgot to wipe up the mess.

Heated floors

The room was ok but you definitely felt like you were in East India. Although it claims to be an airport location hotel, there is no other restaurants or hotels near there. Inconvenient. Will not book again.

I called the property 2 days before the reservation regarding airport shuttle. I was told to check in with front desk and confirm airport shuttle service at the time of check-in . During checkin i was told that shuttle is fully booked. I was told that staff cannot help me. The front desk told me call cab and pay it myself when though I particularly booked this hotel due to the field shuttle. Not impressed at all.

bed was incredible and i didn’t get to eat the food while there

The property and room were neat and clean. The person at the reception desk desk was courteous and polite when we checked out at 10.30am Good experience with our stay there

Beautiful room . Had a early flight didn’t have enough time to enjoy it Definitely would stay again
