Very disappointing for a Radisson. The lobby floors and carpets were very stained and dirty. One elevator was out of order and the other really needed a serious clean. The carpet in the room was old and very stained. Some of furniture was obviously fixed/cobbled together with mismatched pieces. Temperamental/unreliable toilet. Do not recommend.

Affordable accommodations near the airport. Nice decor but carpet looked outdated and dirty. Staff were friendly and helpful. 1 of the 2 elevators were down for 2 days.

Very close to the Calgary International Airport. Shuttle was fast picking us up and taking us back the next morning. Very nice and clean room. Staff were very friendly.

Excellent stay here and the pool hot tub areas amazing ! Staff were so kind and the food was yummy too.

Staff were somewhat friendly. Received a complimentary upgrade to a king room which overlooked a junk yard. Room was filthy. Would not stay here again.

Was here for a night between 2 flight on my way back home. Lady at the front desk was rude. Happily, the man who was there in the morning was very nice and polite. Its a good hotel, comfy and clean.

Was put near pool, very loud.. should try sound proofing a bit.. could hear EVERYTHING in the hallway/ EVERY conversation all night. Check in and out was easy (busy but that’s because one lady was working alone)

Really lovely property with great restaurant and lounge.

My only complaint was that I was not informed for my booking, that there would be no shuttle service on night I arrived at the airport. After attempting to connect with the property for 45 minutes, I ended up just taking a Taxi. On the plus side, the check in attendant upgraded my room at no charge, allowing a later check out, and provided me with a breakfast discount, all without me even having to ask !! Overall, this is a decent place to stay, food is good and bed was to my liking (medium to firm)
