Very well maintained and nice facilities.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful and the service is great. The food is very good with a balanced mix of international and Northeastern Brazilian traditional food. The facilities are great and have everything you could wish for in this sort of all-inclusive hotel. The only few personal negatives are that there is somewhat loud music pretty much all-day, everyday, everywhere, which is a bit annoying if you’re looking for a few days to just relax, read, and sleep by the pool or the ocean. Also, like anywhere in Northeastern Brazil, the vast majority of the staff do not speak English, which makes it a bit tricky for international travellers like myself.

This is my second visit to Porto and this all inclusive resort was amazing! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The drinks and food was top notch. The pool had an great vibe with a great mix of music and the staff was constantly keeping the guests entertained with a variety of activities. I did not travel with children but I noticed the staff always engaged and active with the children that were there.

This is an amazing resort for bringing the kids- they have a kids club that you can take the kids to play and the parents can relax at the amazing pools. The beach at front is not as good but 2 min walking you will have a great Cristal clear ocean with the resort providing the tables and chairs- I love our stay at the hotel and will be back for sure.

O hotel está bem velho. Mas vou ponto a ponto pra ser mais justo. Recepção/Checkin - A recepção e o processo de checkin foram bem confusos e longos... em nenhum momento ninguém ofereceu nenhuma bebida, mesmo estando um calor absurdo e minha esposa estando grávida. Quarto - Nosso quarto era o mais simples. Estava BEM velhinho, precisando de pintura. O teto do banheiro estava todo descascando e a porta rangia tanto que parecia que ia cair. A TV funciona bem e a internet não pegava no quarto. Piscina/Lazer - A área da piscina é boa e tem bastante espaço pra todos. Os bangalôs são grandes e disputados. A vista é linda. Comida - Bom, aqui não da pra esperar muito, era pensão completa (sem bebidas) e a comida acaba sendo bem repetitiva. Mas mesmo assim, as tapiocas estavam ótimas. Os doces não são o forte deles, todos estavam meio estranhos e sem gosto. Serviço - No geral foi OK, mas nada memorável. Não seria minha primeira escolha numa próxima visita a Porto de Galinhas.

Was very nice, but they need to do some more things to kids between ages 9 - 13 years old.

The hotel is good. We got a room upgrade for being a expedia VIP and the suite we got was really nice. VIP benefits were hard to enjoy as the hotel staff kept saying is not available. After a while I got a call from one of the staff membrr Bruno Costa who facilitaded and made possible for us to enjoy the massage and late check out. But we still had to argue with front desk staff to be able to have the late check out. The pools are really nice and the kids enjoyed the water slide. The food is good but for a 5 stars hotel I think ot was a bit limited. Room was clean and bed was confortable. In one of the meals we asked for a cup of milk and heard that they did not have it. It was very disapointed. Extra hidden fees at the check out made us feel bad.

Hotel grounds were nice but for the price point there shouldn't have been such difficulty with the language barrier. Nobody came to clean my room during my two night stay and when I tried telling the front desk in English to send someone that night I was bounced around a few times until I could find someone who spoke English and even then they failed to send someone to clean. Also, since I went during an off time during the week I felt like many of the children's activities were not available and I wasn't even told during checkin about the children's cafeteria for my young child.

The food taste was terrible. Few employees and very bad service. Kids activities declined a lot since we were there last time.

Destacamos, em especial, a atuação dos colaboradores, que se mostraram sempre cordiais, solícitos e altamente profissionais, contribuindo de forma decisiva para uma experiência positiva e acolhedora. A estrutura oferecida atendeu plenamente às expectativas, com ambientes bem cuidados, organizados e adequados tanto para momentos de lazer quanto de descanso. No que se refere à alimentação, ressaltamos a variedade, a qualidade e o cuidado na apresentação dos pratos, evidenciando atenção aos detalhes e compromisso com a satisfação dos hóspedes. De modo geral, a experiência foi extremamente satisfatória, reforçando a imagem do Resort Summerville como referência em hospitalidade, conforto e excelência no atendimento. Meu único apontamento é que a quadra de tennis deveria abrir mais cedo, diante do calor escaldante.

Quarto grande. Pena que me colocaram em um bangalô sem vista para o mar, mesmo reservando com muita antecedência, me deixaram em um bangalô lateral e que estava com muitos funcionários passando a todo momento por conta da reforma.
