A wonderful stay in Puebla! Casa Pepe is centrally located, clean & comfy, and has a kind and helpful staff. This hotel also offers free walking tours and daily activities at the guests so it’s great for solo travelers. Kind regards to Julian who is a great host and guide!

Great staff who were extremely helpful throughout our stay, very large room with bathroom, shower and all that was needed and in an outstanding location in a beautiful area with lots of restaurants nearby. By being added to the hotel WhatsApp group we went on some great walking tours and food/drink tours and we loved meeting other guests at the hotel. A memorable stay. Thank you.

The room didn't have ventilation, the smell so horrible and the facility was usually very dirty all the time. I mention about it but the guy didn't care. NO CLEAN AT ALL FOR ME.

Las habitaciones limpias 10/10 La comida desafortunadamente no la pude probar Como comentarios (no negativos) para mejorar en las habitaciones - Los botes de basura son muy pequeños, especialmente el del baño -Definitivamente hace falta un espejo de cuerpo completo -Estaría mejor poner botellitas de shampoo o colocar las botellas que se tienen en la regadera en otro tipo de repisa, el que tenían ya estaba oxidado y con el agua se corría el oxido (muy desagradable) -Tener cortinas dobles en el cuarto.Una en color claro y otra mas oscura (en mi habitación entraba mucha luz por la mañana)

the room was super clean and the bathroom, very private pod with curtains that go all the way up , i suggest they put some paper towels in the restroom and a rug for when you get out of the shower i slip a few times not safe , but other than that perfect , The hosts are very attentive and sweet,

Almost every aspect of this hostel is solid, pros and cons to any place but the fridge is tiny for the 60 plus guests they have at any one time. The only really issue is the kitchen.

Staff was awesome and responsive. Probably the best part. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was there was a ants nest in the shower. Also the water was medium hot. Didn’t get super hot but it’s a hostel. The location is great and activities plenty

They really need to deal with the kitchen. Small fridge for the amount of guests, food goes bad because the fridge won't stay closed and one night there were bugs in it, the drying rack is gross constantly and they need two sinks. They do have fresh water which is great but it's a very inefficient system they have for dispensing it. Still, very good place especially for the price. Would recommend

It’s always a great place to stay and you can’t beat the location and the staff. Internet was stable and a great hot shower.

This is my go to hotel. Staff is always amazing, everything was clean, location couldn’t be better. Internet was stable and it was quiet. It’s really a gem when considering a place to stay.

Great place, great area. Fresh water jug needs a pump.
